Here are some of my basic FanArt blend attempts. I'm not great on all that special effect stuff ect, so if anyone would like to give me tips and stuff it would be greatly appreaciated. I guess i should now be saying... I hope you like it blah blah blah, bugger it, enjoy! 🙂

They're good and solig, albeit a bit plain. You seem to be able to handle the blending part... try maybe using some brush-effects and some more elaborate font-styles. I can't help you with blending cause I don't even know how to do that myself and I don't use brushes either, but as far as fonts go. In Photoshop, just use blending options and give your text a combination of outer-border, outerglow, dropshadow, and bevel & emboss.. that ought to improve it.

I like the Buffy banner, I can't see the Gift or the Willow one and I'm not keen on the Buffy and Angel one! Sorry, just not a huge Bangel fan and I find the blending a bit weird like the first two pics it looks like Buffy's face is growing out the back of Angels, head.

Ignore me I just like my banners simple.

I'm not a Bangel fan myself, i didn't really want to do that one but i got asked to do it by a friend, i agree with you though on the head bit, does look a little odd! =D

Bangel: It's okay but I think you've used too many pictures.

Buffy: I actually really like that one.

The Gift: You've told the story from right to left, and it confuses me. You need to flip the banner horizontally.

Willow Couplings: Sorry but the fading is awful...I like the text though.

I don't make FanArt very often and it's nice to hear peoples honest views on it. I posted this stuff on another forum i visit and a lot of people were like 'oh it's fantastic blah blah blah', so it's nice to know what people think of it who are actually going to give me critisium or whatever on it. I'm not making sense now so i'm going to stop...
