Question Vampire sign - half star/triangle?

Hey,
I would like to know what the vampire sign is, they used it in the second episode of season one, I think it was a half star with a triangle?

It MIGHT have meant you were the chosen one? Spike put it on some of the vampires.

The only thing I think of from that early on is that it might be the symbol for the Order of Aurelius?

Which part of the episode do you remember seeing it? I'm trying to find it. 🙂

EDIT: Do you mean the symbol The Master puts on Luke's head? If so I think that just sort of 'makes' him the Vessel?

Ah yes, you are correct my friend! I knew there was a symbol something to do with a star! 😛

So is the triangle/half star just the symbol for the Vessel?

Does someone have a pic of the Aurelius symbol? I don't remember ever seeing it.

And you don't mean that Spike put some on vampires in season 1, do you? Because he didn't appear until season 2, and I don't remember him putting marks on anyone.
