Vampires turning into humans

[MENTION=7585]Kean[/MENTION]'s thread got me thinking. Angel turned into human because of that demon and the blood. And there's the Shanshu prophecy. And Angel+Spike thought that that cup was going to turn one of them into human.

But I'm thinking, there could be other ways to turn a vampire into a human being. For example, Willow is a very strong witch. Couldn't she make that happen? Or other big forces?
There must be ways, maybe easier ways to turn vampires into humans, right? I mean, it makes sense. It's not the most complicated thing in the world. Things turned into other things before. Giles turned into a demon. Xander got splitted up. Buffy got turned into a vampire. Willow turned gay... There are many examples. So is it that big of a problem finding a way to turn a vampire into human?

Haha! I really never thought of this. You really would think that there would be a spell for this.

I wonder though, with a spell, if they'd revert to their actual age when they turned human and be all dead anyway. That seems like a likely side effect for the Whedonverse. So the spell would only work for people who have been recently turned or something . . .

Well demons did create vampires IIRC I'm sure they can do it the other way around. Willow could change vampires back into humans but its more like transforming them into another being rather than 'reverting' them back into what they were which is human.
