Vent, numero 4

Last night my friend lost $40 of my money and is actually putting the blame on ME for "trusting her with it"...yeah, okay...
 
My crazy, OCD neighbor above me vacuums his HARDWOOD floor like 7 times a day...in the middle of the night and I can HEAR EVERYTHING. Grrr. AND he uses all the hot water with his constant, obsessive showering...

I'm off to do homework.
 
Stupid ex-landlord gave us a check for our refunded deposit and it bounced... GRRR.

Plus, still no luck in the job market, and I'm sick of filling out applications. I can do them in my sleep now. Not to mention I'm tired of calling places back... >_>
 
I have lost my glasses. It's very tedious. I only need them for reading when my eyes are tired, or when I am all day at the computer. Needless to say, this is one of those times. I think little teeny toddler hands may have had them away. Grrrr!

Oh that's awful. I managed to do that once too. However, I was drunk and there weren't really lost. You just have to retrace your steps and they'' pop up hopefully.

What happened with me was that we went to this Irish Pub and it was bloody cold outside and my spectacles steamed up, so I took them of and forgot about where I put them and only noticed after wards, that there weren't on my nose anymore and then I retraced my steps and lucked everywhere until I noticed that they were in my pockets. I was very proud of myself.

Well after standing for 20 hours this weekend , when I walked home with my very sore legs and my head full of customers swearing and taunting me with there evil vile words. The bingo hags and the alky /junkie forkers buying the purpla tin for breakfast. I noticed someone had been sick, no big deal right but when I walked to work this morning I saw that the pigeons where eating the vomit, not a nice thing to see in a misty sunday morning at 7.45am.


Also a funny fact rather than a rant , to when in work at the self scan in Tesco I found a viagra on the floor in a wrapper , don't think anyone will come back for it. But one of my work mates took it home 😀
 
Everyone of my old class from high school just got a message on a German networking site...apparently the committee who planned our prom is out of money and still has bills for over 1000 euro left. Now they want 5 to up to 25 euro (depending on if you paid the 20 euro in 11th grade from which they planned to organize parties...which I didn't because going to those parties would have been a new low for me (seriously, those people sucked...no self-respecting person who knows how to party for real should ever have to go there)) from everyone so they can pay their stupid bills. Well, my opinion to that, I didn't go to any parties, not even the actual prom (I was already having that Dutch course abroad so I couldn't participate in any post-school-diploma activities (which is sort of sad, but I had my priorities), so there is no way in hell I'm gonna pay that. And besides that, they shouldn't really be surprised. Our class just couldn't handle money. Usually a class earns so much money from different parties they can finance the whole prom really good and then the tickets are really cheap (like 5 euro maybe)...we were already completely broke before the prom and the tickets were like 20 euro, and apparently not even that was enough. God, I'm so glad I'm rid of most people I went to school with these days. In everything else they were sort of like with money. Especially anything that involved organizing skills of any kind.
 
I didn't make it to 50k. Well, I still have time, but I can't write 26,000 words in what little time I have. I shall console myself with writing 8,000 words today... Blegh. >_>
 
Everyone is laying in to Britney Spears over her performance on the X Factor at the weekend. Are UK people not grateful anymore?!!!! So what that she mimed, she has done so for quite a few years, why can't UK people just be happy we even got Britney in the UK and over Thanksgiving for Americans as well.

I thought she was really good and back to her old self, screw it if she mimed, she came to the UK and performed for us all. But no the UK has to lay in to her again, and again... grrrrr!!!!!!! Oh and Same bloody Difference mimed the other week on X Factor and they were terrible at it, but no one has said anything about them! What is wrong with the UK?!

I´ve run out of karma! And with the new christmas thread pernille started and the post a pic thread a lot of people needs karma. And with my luck I won´t even have enough to give tomorrow. 🙁 But give it time. I´ll get to you all.

UKers generally have better taste...so I find their laying into Britney quite understandable. The girl is nothing more than a trainwreck with a computer-automated voice. All she's good at is stripping down and staring into a camera with semi-forced sensuality. She may be a decent entertainer, but the girl cannot sing and has nearly no redeeming qualities. She's backwoods trash who clawed her way into the Billboards.

If you like Britney that's good and all, it's your own taste, but she's got a lot of passionate haters, myself being one of them.

ARGH! First of all I'm not sure, if I have to do an extra assigment for not going to classes today, but well if I have to, I'll know poeple who will gladly help me out. ^^

Second of all I just noticed that I have to decide on a topic for my first graduation paper kinda soon and I had a look at the timetable and noticed that one of the dates mentioned in this schedule collide with my proposed New York trip next year. This sucks, but I won't reschedule my trip, because flight and hotel are already booked and everything. But that really sucks. Bleh 🙁
