Venus transits in front of the sun

Hey! I know jack about physic and astrophysics but this is really cool!

A transit of Venus across the Sun takes place when the planet Venus passes directly between the Sun and Earth, becoming visible against (and hence obscuring a small portion of) the solar disk. During a transit, Venus can be seen from Earth as a small black disk moving across the face of the Sun.

This is the worldwide visibility.

Remember you must use the same kind of protection you use to watch eclipses!!

I love stuff like that, even though I don't know anything about astronomy and astrophysics. It's just fascinating. The universe is just awesome!
I think a few years ago a planet (I don't remember which one...) passed the area between sun and earth as well.
It was just a small dot and you couldn't even see it without those protecting... shades made of paper or whatever they are.

Yeah I love space too. I don't know anything about it but I just find space so mesmerizing. I can just lay on the grass and watch the stars for hours, just being amazed at the epicness, the size and the beauty of the universe!
