Very Angry!!

i am so pissed at my next door neighbour that girl is such an idiot! and she is so inconsiderat!!! she plays load music EVERY day, some times at times like 9.15 and 7 in the morning!
i have been at her door step asking her, nicely, if she can just turn it down, and she's all like yes sure... and then the next day-loud music.

after telling har 5-6 times, and even explaining to her that, when she plays music, all i hear is these thumping sounds, and that is VERY annoying, and it's very uncomfterble, to sit there and HAVE t listen to music you don't like and to have to listne to music when you don't want to! and it even get's to the point when i don't really want to be home at all. and still she didn't change, then i called the people we rent from, and then she was quiet for 1 week, and on wendsday she played the whole day, on thursday, i went and asked if they could turn the sound down, and her boyf: just noded yes, but he didn't chance the volume at all. yesterday, i asked her to turn the sound down, and she was all liek"it's saturday" and i told her: what do i care, i don't want to hear your music, and then she told me that she was expectin company and that thet might get load(HALLO WOMAN, you can't give me a neighbour warning about a party when i complain BEFORE the party starts, your sepoused to do that several days before!!)
but she was acually pretty good, cause NO sound.. but her god damned dog was barking...

What should i do???
does anyone of you have a suggestion?
cause i'm at the end of my rope! she just doesn't listen it's like she has har brain set to: I RULE THE WORLD, FALK EVERYONE ELSE...

i'm goin to call the people we rent from and ask them to tell her again!

the reson i started this thread(besides being ANGRY needing to tell some understanding people), i'm just wondering if perhabs anyone else has been through something similar and ,maybe has some good advice....
 
Oh sweetie! I so feel for you! Yeah, when I lived in these Persidio Apartments we had issues with all kinds of neighbors. I never really complained to anyone about noise but we actually got blamed by people for other apartments noise. They would hear the loud thumping beat and just GUESS where it was coming from...so we got complaints all the time when I knew it wasn't us because that same noise would wake us up every night at like 2am...that and we got blamed for this idiot that always put her cats dirty littler in the grocery store plastic bags to take it to the trash and they always have holes in them and she would leave this huge trail of cat little all the way to the bottom and WE would get blamed even though you could plainly see it was HERS and went to HER door!
I know this isn't exactly the same thing but I understand your frustration with the people around you. Go to the office of where you rent again and if it won't stop then try to get the poliece in on it. But if you go to your renter and say that you pay so much rent every month and you feel like you can't even aford a bit of peace and quiet then maybe if the complaint is big enough they will react more harshly to the rude neighbor....the problem is that you are young and they tend to, in my expeirience, take the younger tenants less serious...how old is the couple making all the noise?
 
Unfortunately I used to be the one MAKING all the noise, but even then we were considerate enough to quiet down a bit when the neighbors complained. If this person is going to continue to be noisy and won't work with you, then you certainly need to take matters into your own hands and talk with the landlords. I am not sure how the laws are in Norway, but in America, between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM, loud parties in apartmets are discouraged and constant blairing of music can get you a visit from the Police to, at least, tell you to be quiet. If this persn won't cooperate then they need to be Excommunicated, or at least dissemboweled. ::bat::

i rent my apartment from this thing called YoungLIving(they have good prices on apartments from people between 17-23) the girl next door is about 18 i guess. the apartments we live in have this person asigned, who we can call if something is wrong or needs fixing, ut the girl nextdoor, she has her very own pareson.. so i think thetre might be something wrong with her(LOL i'm not gonna say for sure though!)

No, I am doyle: we have the same thing here, in this building you have to be extra quiet between 23.00 and 06.00. if they don't listen to you and still play loudly after 11pm, you acncall the cops!! we where planing to do that if she wasn't quiet after that yeasterday!(we work nights on saturdays my boyf and i, so we need our sleep!) and this building i live in has these rules that you can play music, but you have to use the stereo carfully! cause it's a concrete building, so the base get's stuck in the walls. we don't have anyother noices(exept hammering and so on at times, you can't hear other peoples tv's for exampl.) but you can hear her music, cause she plays as if she has a whole hose for herself! once her music was so loud that she couldn't hear me knocking on the door!

I'm really sorry..if I were you I'd play the music even louder just to get her annoyed..But I know it won't help you🙂 I guess you need to contact that guy who's suppose to help in maters like this,but if she plays the music late in the night you can always call the police🙂
 
It's noise pollution so you should be able to call the police for it 🙂
Hope they quieten down soon 🙂
 
im sorry 🙁 I dont know to help u but I think the next time call the cops....thats what my boyfriends next door neighbors do when hes havin parties lol
 
i don't know what to say, but i really really hope that she stops, i guess i would go talk to her and maybe say that if she doesn't start turning her music down you're going to call the cops on her...maybe that'll get her to stop..
 
I agree with the calling of the police.
You're neighbor is leaving you no recourse.

Of course, you could always handle matters the way we do in the South Bronx.....

She likes music so much......then take an AM/FM radio, turn it sideways....and shove it so far up her (expletive deleted) that she'll be needing to press her nose to turn it on and off.

Lol...no....I'm just kidding.......call the cops on her candy @ss.

I agree with the guys above. You've tried asking nicely and getting the landlord to do something so, unless your local municipal authority has any environmental nuisance powers, I'd go to the police next.

The idea of supplying affordable housing for young people sounds brilliant - if only the UK government (and local authorities) were so enlightened...
