Very Angry!

Im really PEEVED off! For christmas, i got three Buffy dvds, season 3, 4 and 5.
I got season 3 and 4 from play.com and my dad got me season 5 from god knows where. Anyway, i had to send season 3 and 4 back to play.com becuase they were REALLY scratched, and now, i discover, that my season 3 1st disc, jumps, im really sad, and too upset to tell my parents. GRAHH!

awww, i'm sorry 🙁 that must be really horrible, i'd feel the same way you do right now...but not to worry, you'll get them back, this time hopefully non-scratched 😉

That does suck. If I were you, I'd send it back again....maybe demand a refund instead of an exchange, and buy them from someplace more reputable.

If you don't want to send it back, dvd repair kits work for minor scatches (not deep gouges though 🙁 ) Also (and I'm sure you know this) make sure it's not just dirty...finger prints and dust can cause jumping too.

i had that problem with my season 1 boxset
'angel' was all jumpy and stuff
i sent it back and they were like, oh yeh weve had a lot of trouble with these' im like - well then recall the whole lot and fix it
so they refunded my money and sent me another copy
complain loudly it does a lot
