Is Wes really gone? Surely as an employee of W+H his contract extends beyond death in the same way Lilah and Holland's did.

i thought the exact same thing a while ago but i assume that with Wolfram and Hart launching war on Angel and his team their contracts may have been terminated.

We never saw anyone else sign a contract, just Angel.

I'd assume that they all did sign contracts to be able to work there. However, I'd think said contracts would be considered void after their betrayal.

yeah, I think that even if their contracts did extend beyond death, that when Angel & co. decided to betray W&H and kill all the black thorn that they probably were going against their contracts anyway..
