I think it might still have some life, too. I mean, surely other Bangels or Spuffies will want to try their hands at this fun little exercise. It was, well, fun!

And sorry if I stirred up trouble. I was just trying to tease Keanoite. It was all meant in good fun.

As for the question of did I mean what I wrote about Bangel? Umm, aside from the all other loves will be found wanting part, yeah. I did. I do see their relationship as the invoke-the-gods sort of romantic love. I'm not really anti-Bangel when Buffy is in high school. In fact, I like Bangel. I'm just more in favor of Spuffy as a relationship that could actually have a future. 🙂

Don't worry Palabra no offense was taken, I enjoy the sparring. This is all in friendly banter. Someone commented a while back that the reason they love these boards is because the Spuffy vs Bangel stuff never results into verbal attacks here. I agree with that, we can be passionate without being hurtful or petty. We are all buds here😀
