Warren and Amy

Ok, two questions for you awesome people that came to me during my re-read.

Warren: Last two words of my human life so I remember probably better​

1) If Warren isn't human then what exactly is he? I thought Amy saved him magically before he died? And 'acted' as his skin?

2) Also Amy is displaying some serious power in Season 8 and seems to run Willow pretty close. Willow never really bests her.

How powerful do you feel Amy is compared to Willow in Season 8?

Note: Have NOT read but plan to read Season 9 so no S9 spoilers please!

Amy has always been a natural witch. Her mother was a witch so she probably took to it pretty quickly. Willow has natural power. She can draw on power from anywhere and use that, where as Amy is just very knowledgeable of different spells and things.

In season 8 I think Amy was only more dangerous than Willow because she was more reckless. Willow was cautious and was learning how to use magick properly, but we all know Dark Willow would tear Amy a new ass hole when it comes down to it.


Also the Warren thing, I think he just meant he wasn't living a normal human life anymore because he had no skin. Also I'm pretty sure Joss said that Warren died for at least a second after Willow flayed him, otherwise the First couldn't have taken his form in season 7. (That could also just be the writers going back and trying to correct a mistake they had made.)
