I was just asking this, because, Skip mentioned that no one escapes from paradise and then he says that a slayer did once, making a reference to Buffy, obviously...

And if she was in heaven, then, Why did she want to leave? Why did she seem to be really bored with it all.

I mean, the Cangeler in me, wants to believe that it was because she wasn't with Angel and she missed him too much.

BUT...

The Awesome Cordelia fan in me, Just finds the idea hilarious and so Cordelia-ish, that Cordy was just so over heaven, and that it was just too easy for her to just be blissful. She couldn't handle that... not our girl Cordy... she was so full of life... that she NEEDED to live it.

Or was Skip just lying his tukus off? I mean, I don't see why he would in that particular situation... especially with the whole making reference to Buffy thing.

I think it's because she didn't die, therefore wished to live her life on Earth with her friends

For some reason, because she was a "higher being", I took that to mean she was in sort of a different place than where Buffy went to. Cordelia seemed to be like the Jossverse version of a God or something, so I always thought of her more of a goddess and on her own little version of Olympus.

I was asking whether they said Cordelia was on the "Higher Plane" and whether that meant it was a different place than the "heaven" Buffy was in.

But didn't Skip confirm that Cordy was never an actual Higher Being and it was all just part of the Jasmine plan? So, no. I don't think she was in Heaven at all. Just some fort of holding realm until they needed her again.

yup... I too see it as some vaguely celestial pocket limbo dimension courtesy of Jasmine and/or Skip.

Skip did reference a Slayer escaping from the same place Cordelia was in. Which one would assume was Buffy.

But wasn't that when he was still leading all of the AI Team to believe that Cordy was a Higher Being, when in actuality, she was not?

I don't think Skip ever actually did confirm it, he just made a few sarcastic remarks about it being all apart of Jasmine's plan... but, as we all know, Jasmine and her flunkies were all full of crap... especially regarding how "all knowing and all seeing Jasmine was." So, yeah, I don't think Jasmine actually had that much power to do what her and Skip said she did. I think they just manipulated the situation Cordelia was already in as a means to get what they wanted.
