Was he in Buffy?

I was recently adicted to a show on fox, called "My big fat obnoxious fiance." In a magazine article, they said he had apeared in many shows including buffy, But i don't recognize him, Is he in season seven, I haven't seen season seven, so if so I am sorry. Maye someone will know who i am talking about.

He played the demon that resored Spikes soul. I believe he was also on Angel, though can't recall at the moment what role he played there.

He was in Carpe Noctum of Angel. He was the male nurse guy that took care of the old man. 🙂
