The Amityville House is back to haunt another family. And you can watch it all, free on Google Play.

Amityville: The Awakening follows teen Belle (Bella Thorne) and her family as they move into the Amityville Horror House to access better care for her twin brother (Cameron Monaghan, Shameless).

When the house begins haunting Belle, she tries to warn her mother, played by Jennifer Jason Leigh, but she is ignored. Fellow teens help Belle uncover the full past of the house. Soon, her brother is possessed, seemingly by the house.

Before Amityville: The Awakening hits theaters on October 28th, Google Play has teamed up with the filmmakers to allow fans to stream the new film for free. I've seen the kid who plays the brother in at least two crime shows (playing a killer) and he freaks me out, might be worth watching just for that, he's really good at being creepy.

He's not bad in it. The movie isn't horrible either. I like that it's set in our world, if that makes sense. They at one part watch The Amityville Horror movie. But when you think about it, that would be kinda creepy. It's a Blumhouse project so it's not like it's a... B-rate.

I didn't realize he was the Joker from Gotham.. not that I watch that train wreck just hear people talking?

Yes and yes. I finally gave up on Gotham. I tried really hard to stick with it. At least they have a decent Ra's Al Ghul in the show, but it wasn't enough to save it.

I think Monaghan is excellent as The Joker, though.
