Question Watchers

Well I have a question. If one Slayer dies, there is a new one. But how do the watchers know where and who is the new slayer!
Does somebody knows the answer? Or has an offer?
Maybe they know abot a magical ritual that shows them the new Slayer?

Well we know from season 7 that potential slayers can be tracked and identified, so I imagine they watched potentials and either trained them prior to being called (like Kendra) or simply stepped in to explain when she was called (like Buffy).

I also think that they find the new Slayer with the help of a spell.
In season 7, Willow does a spell to find the potential Slayer who lives in Sunnydale.
Maybe the watchers already know who's a potential Slayer and then they just have to find out which one of the potentials the knew Slayer is. That probably works with a spell as well.

the Watcher's council. I'm sure there's ways they figure out who is the new slayer. Like some of you said.

I think the Council might also rely on the coven, the one often brought up in season 7. They seemed to specialize in sensing certain energies, Slayery ones. I'm sure they were an integral component of Slayer finding.

Other than that the Council probably utilized stuff like locater (locator?) spells.
