Alexis is so gifted when it comes to comedy. Remember when he masqueraded as Angel? "That's...nummy." 😀

Season 5 felt a bit...patchwork-y to me. Nowhere near as good as S2. Illyria saves it from being dreadfully dull. Too many yawn-inspiring episodes. But the chemistry between David and James is utterly brilliant...come to think of it, James makes everyone look better! He's such a giving, talented actor. The guy knows his craft, that's for sure.

The evil Cordy/Connor/Jasmine storylines were AWFUL. I truly HATED those episodes. Just terrible. 🙁

Probably not, if she wanted spoilers she could find them easily, but as she's told us she's just started watching, I doubt she's interested in reading them accidentally on a thread entitled "Watching Angel for the first time".... 😉
