Watching Bangel, seeing Spuffy

Ok, as some of you have noticed, I'm a proud Spuffy. But I do like watching video clips of Buffy and Angel, too. Only, when I watch those, I think about Spike and Buffy. It's like, I'm imagining Buffy kissing Spike instead of Angel, and I'm thinking about Buffy and Spike's future, which I believe will be with each other. And every time I watch an episode with Angel, I'm thinking about Spike. I admit it, Buffy and Angel have chemistry, and I've never said Buffy didn't love him (still, Buffy and Spike have more of it). But the fact that I watch Bangel and seeing Spuffy proves me that I'm a real Spuffy and proud of it.

Does it happen to you, or am I strange?

No, you're not strange 'cause i think the same! exactly the same! I like seeing Buffy with angel... but when i see her with spike... it's different... :hearton: I have the same opinion!! 🙂

I'm teasing, I tease because I love.

But I do find it quite sad that you do this because while you are imagining all that, you are neglecting one of the many fundamentals of the Buffyverse.

I don't follow all the 'ships' that people constantly go on. Far as i'm concerned they all work well when they are done(except Willow and Kenny - too soon Whedon, too soon) and should be appreciated for what they are and when they are.

I don't think of Spike with Buffy during her scenes with Angel or anyone else. I just see it for what it is. So much happened at different times of the series that it all worked the way it was done. I love both Spike and Angel so I have a hard time choosing who she should end up with. That's my opinion of course.

I feel the same way. I'm a total Spuffy shipper, but season two is one of my favorites. A lot of times when I watch the DVDs I will skip past those parts and kind of gag. lol. Not so much anymore though. Although, I will admit I loved their scene in Amends and Becoming part 2. They were both very touching moments. I still prefer Spuffy, though.
