I think definitely, there was that kind of vibe about vampire!Willow, IMO. Obviously they couldn't make it explicit but based on her actions, words and outfit...

That's how I took it too. I never really thought Vamp Willow made that comment in a sexual way. I guess I can understand why others would interpret it that way though

No, I'm with you. Given what we were shown of Vamp!Willow, what she did to Angel and how she "handled" him, I think there were blatant sexual undertones to that situation. However, I wouldn't so much call it "having sex" as "sexual abuse". I certainly don't think Angel was consenting to any sexual act with her.

I think it's one of those things that's more effective left to the imagination- it's a long time since I saw the episodes, but Vamp Willow was pretty much polysexual as far as I remember and in the Wishverse she was in a position where she could do what she liked to whoever she liked if the feeling took her.
