I think there's more hatred towards feminism and people who say they were assaulted, than before.

Only because of the sudden and suspicious rash of accusations, that came after Harvey's downfall. I mean, I'm a woman, and I've had some horrifying experiences in my life; but I don't support the #MeToo movement because it became too shrill and vindictive. Plus, it seemed to support ALL accusations, even without a shred of proof...which ruined the careers of a few innocent men. And those accusations that magically appeared after a decade or more? Psht. They should be utterly disregarded.

Don't me wrong; I definitely feel that convicted abusers/rapists should have their genitals removed with a dull butter knife. But the accused should have their day in court before any punishment is meted out.

Reading through the thread, and multiple others recently, really makes me realise how opposite my politics is to the majority of the boards. From reading through threads most people have the same political views, or there is a definite majority. And that is alien to me, as I was brought up by disgusting SJW parents lol. It's why I tend not to join in on most off topic threads - they all kinda devolve the same way.

Besides, arguing politics on the internet is largely futile. You aren't really gonna change people's minds (it's why I don't bother), you're just shouting into the void and adding more reasons for people who don't know you to hate you.
