Weirdest Food Combinations

Oh and in high school... I had this friend, Liz. She always brought to school peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I always had no money or lunch, and she would split her sandwiches with me. They were delicious.

Also, I have a friend who puts hot sauce on everything. and by everything I mean EVERYTHING. She caries a bottle with her in her purse so that she can put it on stuff in restaurants if they don't have hot sauce.

There was once a member here (hilarious young lady, still miss her) a few years ago who once told me she would fill up a bowl with Cinnamon Toast Crunch.....and instead of milk, she'd pour Dr. Pepper soda into it.

I gag everytime I think of that blasphemous concoction. Lol.

oh gosh, that sounds really really... gross. Lol
Well, since I'm the type of person that looks in her fridge and grabs whatever she can find to dump in a pan, I've had some weird combos in my life. For me, everything goes with anything. Basically, anything that makes a sandwich go *crunch* is a yes.

You girls CANNOT be serious about this. LOL! Good lord...your poor mom is gonna freak, Tillow. :p:p
I predict diabetic shock for Manda and Tillow by the time they reach 25. 😛😛😛

Oddly enough, I dislike a lot of sweet things. I'm more of a sour person. I am a lemonade fiend.

Oh, I forgot one thing. My dad loves peanut butter and mayonnaise sandwiches. I've never had it, but I'd give it a go!

This isn't exactly weird, but I love almost anything preserved in jars (but not sweet pickles). Olives are my favorite, and I'll eat them with anything. 😀 Especially with cookie dough... 😀

hmmm, black olives, yes, green olives, no.
i love peanut butter. i put it on basically everything. sandwiches, cookies, granola, bananas, apples, etc.

i also love mustard on lots of things.

i have a friend who likes to put red kool aid on cocoa krispies instead of milk :/ sounds like it could be amazing or absolutely horrible.

Okay, so I'm a picky eater and normally settle for things that look weird until you explain it (like a good lobster and artichoke dip... looks like cat vomit, tastes like heaven). But I do have my quirks.

I use sour cream on sandwiches like most people use mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. A good spreading of sour cream on white with some ham and cheese is amazing.

I like to dip my green beans in ketchup.

And eat Grands biscuits dipped in melted marshmallow, especially with milk afterwards.

You think that cookie dough olives are bad, OM?
Just for you, I just made and ate a sugar-coated pecan stuffed olive and a jelly-drizzled turkey sausage stuffed one. 😀

OH! And I love pretty much anything with ranch or hot sauce. (Whatever doesn't go with ranch, goes with hot sauce and vice-versa! 😛)
Also, cottage cheese and soy sauce. 😀

MandaMeena agrees: Agree about ranch. Sweet nectar.
Heck yes!!! It pretty much goes on anything. I've even tried it with chocolate cake bfore because I liked it so much that my friends dared me. I don't think I liked it too much then, but then again I was only in like 6th grade then!! I should try it again sometime. But recently I haven't wanted ranch so much as I have wanted hot sauce of some kind. I have really been craving the spicey! 😉 I sure hope I'm not pregnant! :O jk, that's not possible. LOL Anyways.......... 😛

have you tried cottage cheese with hot sauce? So yummy :)
Oh, I almost forgot. I love dipping brocolli in chocolate ice cream, or just mixing them together. Healthy veggie plus unhealthy dessert balances out, right?

LOL! That sounds so gross! 😀

Crips (try pepper ones!) dipped in chocolate pudding is a favourite of mine! Tried it for the first time (and OK, only, but it was still delicious! 😀) a month ago.

I kinda hate combinating food in general. When I'm having dinner I always prefer to eat all the ingredients separate. So I don't really have any weird food combinations that I can think of.
