Sometimes everyone needs a kick once in awhile. I'm glad you swung back around.
 
Hey .. umm never really left so a reunion is going to be hard, but wth. Hello people that have been away for a while.
Me? I'm really into being a real world slayer.. conventions and stuff. Room full of weapons, martial arts and cosplay. fun fun fun 🙂
 
Moving on and trying to avoid people who are into Buffy because Spike is hot.
 
This is such a good idea and it will be great to see all the old members who come back to post.
 
I've seen some pictures here and there, but if that's very recent of Nicholas Brendon...yikes, he hasn't seemed to age well.
 
I used to be pretty active here in the late 2000's/early 2010's. I'm still into the Buffyverse, still keeping up with the comics.

This is the board that got me back into writing, for a "Buffy's birthday" fanfic challenge years ago. I've kept up with that. I won a fiction contest for the Pathfinder roleplaying game, was runner-up in another, and have gotten several of those stories in (non-paying) print anthologies. One of these days I'll actually get paid for writing something.

My TV interests these days include Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Gotham, Grimm, Lost Girl, and Downton Abbey. In comics I am reading the Buffy and Angel & Faith comics, the Brian K. Vaughan titles Saga and Paper Girls, Rat Queens, and Harley Quinn. My favorite movie of the past year was Mad Max: Fury Road.

Man, Nicholas Brendon isn't looking too good nowadays.

We need a Buffy reboot! I daydream about cool ways they could bring the show back!

Haaaay y'all!!!

I've been focusing more on my work (business is booming!) as a graphic designer and photographer, as well as taking care of my kids. Some of you know, but for those that don't, my son is severely autistic and I'm his primary caregiver, so taking care of him takes up most of my time these days. I do miss this place a lot, though, and still have BB on my Favorites toolbar on my browser. 😉 I pop in from time to time to lurk...

It's really good to see y'all too! This reunion has brought back all my happy memories of my time spent here, and of all the people I've become friends with thanks to this place. ♥
@miromurr It is both hard and rewarding, for sure. It has made me a better person, too; I'm a lot more patient, understanding, and kind, and a lot less judgemental. 😉

As long as you don't tell me your son is about 10 now I'll be happy cos in my mind he's no older than 2!
