Were Andrew and Jonathan Lovers?

I know there are people who reject the idea that Andrew was gay, but it seems pretty obvious to me. By that token, I propose the question: Were Andrew and Jonathan lovers?

Evidence might be presented in the affirmative by the following...

1)They were sown sleeping in the same bed in Mexico.

2) Andrew's statement about Jonathan being "the cutest little thing..." isn't the usual way that one man refers to another.

Remember, I said "lovers." not "in love," so the argument that Andrew killed Jonathan (hardly the act of a person in love with another would take) won't work.
 
No, I think that Warren and Andrew were lovers, things like "So Warren never really did love m- hanging out with us!" were a telltale sign, for me.
 
maybe Andrew was sleeping with them both! lol, it could happen!

Unless you're me. I say to men all the time, "aww you're so cute" generally followed by a rubbing of their hair. Or to a third person referrring to the second, "he's such a cutie".

Ok ok, In my case it's when I'm being a condescending jerk, but still. The cute remarks are out there!

My favourite though is when I say, "aww, I love naivety, it's so adorable, yes it is, oh yes it is".

For full affect you have to imagine I'm speaking in the same tone that a girl uses when speaking to, or about, a child.
 
I don't think Andrew and Jonathan were lovers. I think they shared the same bed in Mexico because there was only one, and they didn't want to sleep on the floor or the couch or whatever. I'm in the "Andrew's gay" camp, but I think he was in love with Warren...or at least wanted to be. His "Jonathan's the cutest little thing" comment had a tinge of nostalgia to it. All mho, of course.

Andrew was hopelessly in love with Warren. On Jonathan's case, I think that was just the opposite.
 
I don't think they were lovers either. Maybe Andrew is Gay but i dont know. I hope they clear this up in the comics.

Anyway, I don't think they were lovers, Andrew (along with Warren) betrayed Jonathan. But I think Andrew wanted to become lovers with other guys: Spike, Xander and of course Warren. I think he falls in love easily. But maybe it's not that. Maybe he just likes being under people (not literally... or maybe...). He said so himself, that he likes getting orders. He wants someone to be on top of him (again) which might explain why he likes the guys better, in the sense of... you know. Does that make sense?

I think Andrew and Jonathon were more like brothers...they weren't lovers. I believe Jonathon is straight and Andrew is gay and like some gay people they develop major crushes on straight people which is what happened between him and Warren. You could tell that he was in love with Warren, and also all those that are blind to the fact that Andrew is gay is in sheer denial. Hopefully Andrew'll lose his virgnity in the season eight comic, cause last we left off in Season Six he was a virgin and I doubt he lost it sometime in Season Seven. However I personally would like to see a flashback of when Angel and Spike had sex, I wonder who was the top and who was the bottom
 
I don't think that Andrew and Jonathan were lovers. I'm pretty sure that Andrew is gay (as demonstrated by him finding Xander's work with windows more appealing than Willow and Kennedy making out. And for other reasons.) I think that Andrew and Jonathan shared a bed because they were in a desert (or at least it seemed like they were) which is very cold at night, so it might have been for heat. Also, maybe they could only afford to buy one bed, and neither of them wanted to sleep on the floor.
As for him reffering to Jonathan as the "the cutest little thing...", I don't think he meant cute in a sexual way. I think that he meant cute in an adorable, or perhaps even childlike way.

Uh, no. I don't see Jonathan as being gay, myself. Seemed pretty hetero to me (check out Superstar lol).

Andrew on the other hand... LOL The single funniest moment in all of season 7 is Andrew videoing Xander's window frames while completely ignoring Willow and Kennedy making out in front of him. SO not what a straight guy's reaction would be!

I'd agree 100%, except for his last scene in the Angel ep The Girl in Question (in season 5) that seems to muddy the waters a little! lol!
