wes and fred

i agree that gunn and fred are adorable together, but i still think that it's wes all the way. and i agree lily, she'd better not shout at him again! ahhh well, we have to wait until next season...*damn it*

Fred and Gunn are good together, among other reasons, because she brings out his sensitive side. (Interestingly, this side of him also came out a little at the ballet "Giselle" where they ultimately hooked up.)

However, I think she and Wes have the cerebral as well as the sensitivity thing going, which I find a lot more exciting.
 
Wow....you guys are right....i think fred and wes are better then fred and gunn.....mostly cuz i dun like gunn...but oh wellz.....i hope they break up 4s....
 
I think Fred would do OK with anyone who could both appreciate her strength and talents, and watch out for her vulnerabilities. (That pretty much limits the choices to Angel Investigations staff, doesn't it? And even without the potential Angel/Cordy developments, Angel has the curse problem.) So we're back to Wes and Gunn.

Fred and Gunn do well together, I admit. But I still think she and Wesley "click" in a special introverted, cerebral way. (You could sort of see it in "Billy" just before Wes went psycho from Billy's blood. So sad...)

the whole reason it happened before is because he didnt know he couldnt have a moment of true happiness, ie he was happily vacationing in the land of denial
but now he knows the dangers involved in having pure happiness he will never have it cause he KNOWS so itll be in the back of his mind like the overflow drain in your bathtub youknow?

so i say have a relationship go for it
just no more of those nasty mind altering drugs

I guess that it's not that he shouldn't have relationships, just that he can't let them give him "true happiness", in whatever form that may take. But where do you draw the line? Keeping a safe emotional distance is probably a wise precaution for him -- and let's face it, lots of people do it anyway, even if intimacy won't necessarily turn them totally evil. 🙂
 
I'm a major Wes/Fred shipper...they're perfect together. I love Gunn/Fred but....Wes/Fred is...wow. They totally click.
I agree that maybe if she would have been with him, all this wouldn't have happened.
It's just really confusing! Lol.
