Ok i had a thought today . What if Wesley had taken the offer from Lilah to join Wolfram& Hart. So the next season would have Cordy in an alternate dimension Angel at the bottom of the ocean, Fred and Gunn alone with Connor, Lorne away, and Wesley at W&H. think of all the possibilities *drools*
