Does anyone know Wesley's status now that Dark Horse canon is the main canon? I mean, Christos Gage says he won't be appearing as he is dead; but isn't he still bound to Wolfram & Hart even after death? Or did Angel manage to release him from his contract?

I hope they don't ignore this, because Wesley was Angel's closest friend. He wouldn't just never mention anything about him again.

i totally agree with you, i loved the relationship between angel & wesley. wesley is one of my all time favourite whendonverse characters!! in my mind him and fred are together somewhere, happy. 🙂

Yea, those *bleep* better mention him, at the VERY least. Wes is such an important character in the verse. I'm doing a re-watch right now, and I remembered how great his character development was.

I figure if the fans are vocal enough we'll get what we want, but I would't be surprised if they never mention him again. After all, they seem to be going to great lengths to act as if AtS never happened.

This is so true. We need more Fang Gang in Dark Horse comics.
