I think it's pretty obvious how much Wesley has changed and moulded with the gang. How do you think he's going to adapt with the new member to the gang and the changes of dynamic within the team now though? Do you think he does well as leader of AI??
 
Wesley's the intellectual of the group. Without him, AI couldn't survive. He fights the forces of darkness using his mind, along with his swordsmanship.
 
I liked Wesley better as a prissy (sp?) twit.

They don't need him, but I suppose he serves some purpose.

I think his role as leader is comeing to a head (judging from his past comments to Gunn and Fred), I think his come-upance is just around the corner.
 
Hmmm I agree with JFGAhBro, I think that Wesley is definitly the brains of the operation and he shows some leadership qualities as well. He's the one that knows the most about demons and the forces of darkness and whatnot. ^_^ Poor Wes never seems to catch a break though *hugs*
 
Wesley is a good charactor and he knows alot about demons and other stuff. But really if the other people weren't around like they are he'd be very boring. I think AI could work without him it wouldn't be as easy but I don't think it would be the end of them if he was gone.
 
Yea I know that the AI team could work without him but that can pretty much be said of any of the other characters maybe bar Angel and Cordelia. ^_^

Plus I would be really sad if he was gone. *hugs Wes* ^_^
 
Okay I think wesley's a fab asset to the show and a good leader for them. He doesn't jump in and make rash decisions like Angel tended to. Hes more solid and I like how hes just normal person, no powers etc, just old fashioned itelligence 😉 Although, I see now he can bust a move or two fighting the baddies so Go Wes! He also gets along with all of the gang really well 🙂 I am a big Wesley fan 🙂
 
I totally agree with Neptunes Girl. Wesley's definitely a credit to the team, past be damned, heh. I don't know, i guess i've just always had a soft spot for the guy. The Cordelia situation back in Bs3 was cute, not korny and the demon hunter thing was amusing, not stupid. As for being the leader of AI, i say all the more power to the character. He has the storybook intelligence, while there's definitily a few Watcher aspects about him (*ahem* Giles!), which you know can never be a bad thing? (So ok, his relationship with Alyson in real-life is a little dis-heartening, lol... but i think i can grow to the fact.)

He's ok but definately not nesseary. Cordy could do the research, and Gunn could take the place of leader because he is used to being in tht position.
 
I think Wes is an essential part of AI, hes the brains of the operation. If he left, AI would go on but not smoothley cos Angel just jumps in whereas Wes looks at all the posibilities
 
wes is essential, just like everyone else. he's the brains of the group---and he's also got some training with the watchers, so that's good :: tu ::
 
I definitely like him a lot more now than he used to be.
Yep, AI wouldnt be there without him, that's true.
He's my favorite character now, even though I used to hate him.

I totally agree with her lol. 🙂 If not for Wesley, I dont think the group would be as far as they are now. Wesley is smart and a great fighter. He does so much at AI. Hes a great boss and I believe he can do anything if he puts his mind to it. He has great potential, one thing his father didnt believe. ::fire::

wesley has changed a lot since his watcher days in sunnydale. hes much stronger and emotional and...human. on buffy it was just whine, whine, whine! *takes a deep breathe* i didnt like that at all..🙂 wesley has changed a lot..i mean, hes the boss now!!! id like to see how wesley continues to develop over the course of angel.

i know!wes is so lovely.i didn't like him at all on buffy, but on angel i totally fell for him! 🙂

wesley is now a large part of AI. they need him. hes a lot more mature and cute. he doesnt whine about losing his knee caps anymore! lol 🙂 he really contributes to the team and i could say that a million times more because its so true. like fred said, wesley is the brains of the operation, and scientists and pretty much everyone by now has learned a body wont work without the brain.

i think he has grown alot and his character has developed.he is definately an essential part of the team xx

Wesley is a HUGE part of the team. He does a lot that I think would be really hard for them to handle if he wasn't there. He contributes a ton and a lot of times he doesn't get credit for that. He's loyal and he works good with everyone. He really cares and he's a part of the team, the family.
