What’s your favourite word and why?

Fridays are good days for being random. And since I am a huge word lover I've got a tendency to ask this question of everyone and everything, at the most inopportune moments.

So what’s your favourite word and why? Do you have different favourites in different languages? Try to write a short homage to your favourite word(s).

My favorite word is kiosk. I just love it. It rolls off the tongue nicely.

I'm very fond of the word "bumblebee". It's just fun to say it.

I also like the German word "Flittchen" which roughly translates to "trollop". I know it's not exactly nice but it's got a good ring to it.

Placebo. Dunno why, but it sounds awesome! And lucky for me, as a psych student I get to use it quite a lot 😛

Psycho or psychotic - I don't know why... I like the way they sound. I like their spelling and definitions as well.

C*nt - favorite 'curse' word. I don't see what's so bad about it?

I love saying C*nt too lol but for a non curse word I would go with awesome or cool and I don't know why xD.

My favourite is cocollare. It's an italian world, and it means to cuddle someone, to take care of someone 🙂
