I'll do my favorites from each season. WARNING: this is ridiculously long.
Season 1:
- Buffy killing The Master. The first big bad she ever beat.
- "Drunk" Buffy in The Witch.
- Principal Flutie's death. That got me so upset!
- The play during the credits in The Puppet Show. Hilarious!
- Angel and Buffy's first kiss.
Season 2:
- Xander shuffling through Buffy's stuff in School Hard, and how he freaks out when he accidentally picks up a tampon. It's really brief and hard to notice, but it's one of the funniest moments ever.
- Oz seeing Willow in her eskimo suit.
- The scene in What's My Line when Angel doesn't want Buffy to see him in his vampface, and Buffy says "I didn't even notice." So cute!
- Oz and Willow talking at the vending machine. It just makes you go "aww!" when you see Oz tell her she has a pretty smile, and his whole "I mock you with my monkey pants!" rant.
- The first reveal of Angelus; that whole scene when he goes to Spike and Dru and the Judge says he doesn't have any humanity.
- "What's going on, Xander? Who died and made you Elvis?"
- Angelus kills Jenny Calendar.
- Giles goes into his house and sees that Jenny's dead, then goes to get revenge.
- Spike tells Buffy why he likes the world.
- Willow's resolve face!
- Buffy sacrifices Angel and leaves Sunnydale. First time I've ever cried while watching Buffy, second time I've ever cried during a TV show (first was at the end of the Heroes episode Company Man.)
Season 3:
- Oz tries to throw a stake at a vampire, but he completely misses and goes "That never works..."
- The tie for Homecoming Queen! I crack up every time during that one girl's speech.
- Giles in Band Candy. Hello, salty goodness!
- Giles and Joyce sleep together.
- Teenage Snyder! "Woo, Summers! You drive like a spaaaaz!"
- Spike returns to Sunnydale.
- Spike and Joyce talking about how Dru left her. "You got any of those little marshmallows?"
- Spike singing "My Way" on his way out of Sunnydale.
- Willow's whole conversation with her mom. One of the best scenes ever.
- Pretty much all of Doppelgangland.
- Buffy finds out Joyce slept with Giles.
- Xander catching the lunch lady putting rat poison in the food.
- Buffy and Faith's fight.
- Buffy lets Angel drink from her.
- The Scoobies kill The Mayor.
- Angel leaves Sunnydale.
Season 4:
- Spike comes to Sunnydale again, and now, he's with Harmony.
- Anya's bunny costume.
- Oz leaves Willow. So sad!
- Spike gets the chip.
- Xander and Harmony's slappy fight!
- Riley clocks Parker! Huzzah!
- Spike and Buffy are getting married! And, of course, Giles, father of the bride.
- The Gentlemen come to Sunnydale.
- Tara and Willow moving the soda machine. Yay for the introduction of Tillow!
- Demon Giles runs after Professor Walsh.
- Spike's Hawaiian shirt. And his "suicide attempt."
- Faith and Buffy's body swap.
- "I am, you know." "What?" "Yours." Awww!
- Jonathan in the opening credits.
- Oz returns to Sunnydale.
- Willow tells Buffy about her relationship with Tara.
- Willow picks Tara over Oz.
- Willow tells Xander about her and Tara, and you can hear drunk Giles from upstairs yelling "BLOODY HELL!"
- The Scoobies perform the spell to beat Adam.
- Pretty much all of Restless.
Season 5:
- Willow magically starts a fire, then it starts raining and she runs away yelling "I didn't do it!"
- Dawn's arrival.
- Anya suggests keeping both Xanders so she can have a night of fun with them...
- Glory shows up and kicks Buffy's arse.
- Buffy finds out Dawn is the key.
- Willow and Tara's first dance in the Bronze. I know, it's cheesy, but I love it anyway! I mean, they started freakin' FLOATING, okay?!
- Xander, Willow, Anya, and Riley "patrol" after a vampire injures Buffy. "Oh, look, now he's all mad and sarcastic!" "That's because of all your yelling, Mr. Stealthy Pants!" And "You know what he's like? He's like a cat. You know, a big jungle cat. How come I'm not like that? He's so cool." "(mouth is stuffed with chips) I think you're cool!"
- Spike tells Buffy about the Slayers he's killed.
- Buffy cries in the kitchen after her mother starts hallucinating.
- Riley leaves Buffy, and Xander tells Anya how much he loves her.
- Most of the Willow/Anya scenes in Triangle.
- Willow, Tara, Xander, and Anya being interviewed by the Watchers' Council.
- Dru comes back, and Harmony tells Spike about their agreement about threesomes. "No threesomes unless it's boy-boy-girl...or Charlize Theron."
- Buffy and Spike's "date."
- Pretty much all of The Body, particularly Anya's speech about death.
- The Scoobies think that the Buffybot is Buffy, and see her "boinking" Spike.
- Buffy kisses Spike after he's kidnapped by Glory.
- Tara is brainsucked by Glory, and Willow goes to get revenge. "You hear that, baby? You're my always." So sad!
- Spike comes to rescue the Scoobies in his RV. And his super cool goggles.
- Willow goes into Buffy's head.
- Xander proposes to Anya.
- Tara's sanity is restored by Willow. And then the "I was so lost" exchange. Another amazing Tillow moment!
- Buffy sacrifices herself for Dawn, and Spike melts down.
Season 6:
- Tara mentions Xander's "boss of us" plaque. I'm still upset about the fact that it was never shown onscreen.
- Willow brings Buffy back, and Spike's reaction to seeing her.
- Giles is leaving Sunnydale, and Tara's little "grr, argh" monster!
- Buffy tells Spike she was in heaven.
- The reveal of the Trio.
- Buffy and the mummy hand.
- Kitten poker!
- Willow threatens the next girl she sees dressed up as a stereotypical witch, then the cute little kid comes up in a witch outfit.
- Almost all of Once More, With Feeling.
- Spike thinks he's Randy Giles.
- Anya accidentally makes it rain bunnies.
- Amy turns into a human again.
- Willow decides to give up magic.
- InvisaBuffy sabotages the social worker.
- Xander thinks that the Doublemeat Palace burger is made of people, and he freaks out.
- Buffy's birthday party before everyone finds out they're stuck. "You have a muscle cramp...in your pants?"
- Xander and Anya's wedding.
- Buffy thinks she's in a mental institution.
- Anya attempts to get someone to make a wish that will hurt Xander.
- Willow and Tara get back together! WOOO!
- Dawn finds out Willow and Tara are a couple again.
- Let's just make that all of the Willow/Tara scenes in Seeing Red.
- Willow goes after Warren, but finds out the guy she was tracking was a robot.
- Dark Willow flays Warren. As horrible as that was, we were all rooting for her!
- Clem babysits Dawn.
- Willow kills Rack.
- Dawn sees Dark Willow, who threatens to turn her back into the key.
- Willow and Buffy's fight.
- Giles' entrance in Two to Go. "I'd like to test that theory" has to be the most badass line ever!
- Willow kicks Giles' arse, then absorbs his power.
- Xander gives Willow the yellow crayon speech, and Willow breaks down in his arms.
- Spike gets his soul.
Season 7:
- Anya realizes Spike has a soul.
- Spike's speech in Beneath You; Buffy finds out about his soul.
- Willow returns to Sunnydale.
- Cassie tells Spike that Buffy "will tell him."
- Cassie dies, and Buffy realizes that it was inevitable.
- Anya's history is revealed in Selfless.
- "Do you remember giving me Willow's message? 'Kick his ass?'" "I never said that!"
- Anya sings "Missus," and then a smash cut to her with a sword through her chest. Gets me every time.
- Anya, Buffy, and Willow trying to prove their love for RJ.
- Cassie/Tara/The First goes to Willow. Another scene that gets me every time.
- Joyce's "ghost" goes to Dawn.
- Willow threatens Andrew.
- The Scoobies hold Andrew and Spike captive.
- Buffy fights the Ubervamp.
- Xander's speech in Potential.
- Kennedy finds out Amy is behind Willow turning into Warren.
- Buffy finds out about how the first Slayer was made.
- All the scenes with Andrew recording in Storyteller.
- The backstory of Spike and Principal Wood's mothers.
- Faith returns to Sunnydale.
- Spike comforts Buffy in Touched. Best Spuffy scene ever.
- Andrew and Anya's wheelchair fight.
- Buffy gets the scythe.
- Willow turns all of the Potentials into Slayers.
- Buffy, Willow, Xander, and Giles talk about what they're going to do after the fight.
- Anya dies.
- The final fight between the Ubervamps and Slayers.
