What Are We?

That doesn't work either! Joss most refer to us with some unifying term....(can you sense the desperation here??)

It wouldn't really tell anyone who didn't know about Buffy who we are.

Do we need to? I mean, isn't it enough that we get it? If I were to tell someone who had never seen Firefly or had only watched it casually (as if such people even exist) that I'm a "Browncoat," they wouldn't get the reference. I mean, I didn't know about half the names on Kemy's list. It never even occurred to me that those shows have crazy obsessed fans. Surely, if Firefly fans can use "Browncoats" as their name, then Buffy fans can use something equally as specific to their shows.

Yeah I suppose, probably think they are some crazy fascists!!

I still don't think vampies is it though

I have an idea!

The Bitcas! Obviously that was a joke. 😛

Well to me scoobies is the best but if we go with some of the way the other shows have their names it would make sense to be vampies. I just don't care for it.

Scoobies makes total sense. People who watch Firefly are called Brown Coats, that doesn't mean they actually fought in the war. So we can be called scoobies without actually being in their gang.

It's like life serial all over again...I think it should be put to a poll!

Any moment now a mummy hand will attack us. But yeah, I think a poll maybe a good option. that way it's decided, end of. Haha. As another consideration though, in the Quotable Slayer book the authors refer to Buffy fanatics as 'Buffy-Philes' so I suppose that's another one to think about, haha

Ooh! I'm sorry! I thought maybe somebody has but it wouldn't be the first imagined post I thought I'd read, but much sorry! Hehe
I heard someone else mention Buffanatics! Doesn't encompass both shows though

*Huggles* Bondiebear, well since X-Files fans are "X-Philes" then yeah Buffyphiles would be ok. 🙂
