I like Watchers, because of the play on words. The problem is, it won't mean anything to non-Buffy fans who've heard still heard of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". (Like "Trekkies" connects to the Star Trek shows and movies even for people who haven't seen them, or think they're for geeks.)

I'm beginning to think "Buffsters" may be the way to go...

Good point... we could also get confused with Highlander fans (there was also a group called "Watchers"; mortals who documented immortal exploits).

I did nominate "Watchers", mainly due to it's accuracy and insider connotation. It seems to be getting some support.

I like the imagination shown in the other recommendations, but...
(1) "Buffsters" and "Buffy-holics" does not address the Angel fans
(2) "Slayerettes" is just too gender-specific.
(3) "Scoobies" is easily confused with the cartoon.
(4) "Buffy Whores"? I sure wouldn't want that on my T-shirt!

Here are a few write-ins...
- "Grrs" or Arrghs" (from the ME Productions tag-line) ?
- Senior Partners?
- Bronzers?

It covers both shows, is not confused with other fandom, and maintains 'in-joke' value of those of us in the know.
