Finally got around to listening to Avril's latest album, exactly what I wanted from her 🙂
My least favorite song is the one with MGK, obviously not listed here.

 
I started listening to The Loser’s Club podcast again. Really love these guys, even if they go a little overboard in some older episodes.

If you like Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D, you will probably like the couple of dozen modern songs based on it. The chord structure is an 8-bar structure that goes

I, V, vi, iii, IV, I, IV, V

where the roman numerals are the position of the key with respect to the key the music is written in, Upper case is major keys, lower case is minor. There are a number of songs based on this as seen here:

Yes, many modern songs were based on Canon in D.
The "Christmas Canon" was also a "take" on Pachelbel's Canon

Anyway, since this is a Buffy forum, Pachelbel's Canon in D was the music of the Christmas party (flashback of Amends).
 
I had a Christmas song stuck in my head recently. I don’t know why! I just love the happy atmosphere
