Can't post the link because I still have my training wheels on, but 'Don't Follow' by Furyon is a current favourite. I watched them live in London last week and they were awesome!

Dude, I wiiiiiish I was alive to see the Peppers in their prime. This cover is amazing, and the original is brilliant as well. You can really tell John Frusciante really studied Hendrix. It's evident in his playing, and he was only 19 here. Plus, Anthony Kiedis in a skirt? C'mon, you can't beat that. 😉

This song is so awesome!
I recently watched a series about the history of heavy metal.
And even though it's obviously hard give a definite answer many gave Black Sabbath the honor of being the first true heavy metal band.

What I find, shall we say interesting, is that no one has manage to do it better than the opening track on Sabbath's very first album. (imho of course)
That's both impressive and kinda sad in a way...

My favorite version of this song. God, how can these guys be so good? Flea shows 'em how it's done. His bass playing here is unbelievably good. And John is God-like as always. Everyone's chemistry is on fire in this performance. These are my heroes.
