What are you listening to - podcasts?

@Ethan Reigns this is essentially about that, and reflecting on the critics of the past, her books being banned, her own experiences with domestic violence etc. Only listened to the first episode so far, will listen to the second this evening or tomorrow
 
Episode 2:

Mostly talking about the 90s and the changes that happened then, 24 hour news, book bans, talking to the lawyers on both sides of the Harry Potter book bans. The last 10 minutes are mostly J K Rowling talking but she's not in the majority of this episode.

What I don't like about this podcast is the long intro and outro and there's a built in ad break, maybe it's not on paid for platforms but it doesn't cut away to ads they are in the podcast.

For those who enjoyed their Buffy rewatches this could also be for you. They've now started a full rewatch of The X-Files. Listened to most of the first episode, its a lot of fun. Them keeping a track of whenever someone refers to Scully as a medical Doctor is a fun ongoing gag 😀 . Think I might even rewatch with them.
 
Need some inspiration for podcasts, what's everyone listening to?

I do prefer shorter episodes though, hour long ones I can't find the time for easily.
 
I’m not sure if it counts particularly as a “podcast”, but the primarily-audio channel Geekvolution on YouTube has been a nice comfort listen lately. They usually are. I enjoy just putting on some of their longer videos and listening whilst doing something else
 
I mostly listen to audio dramas and actual plays. My current favorites are the actual plays Ghosts on a Train (playing Ghost Lines by John Harper, a game about pseudo-Victorian ghostbusters who live and work on the railroad) and Shrimp and Crits (which played Monster of the Week for its first season and Ironsworn for the second with a few mini-arcs in between, and all the settings take inspiration from the American South). I'm also keeping up with The Magnus Protocol (the spin-off/sequel to The Magnus Archives, a horror audio drama that started as an anthology with a frame narrative and slowly established more and more of a serialized plot), but that's on hiatus currently.
