Since the other thread(s) are resting in peace in the cemetery, here's a new one.

So, what are you reading?

I'm currently on Anthony Horowitz' newest serie: The Gatekeepers. I'm almost finished with book 1 Raven's Gate. It's action/fantasy, sometimes borderline horror. And since it's anthony Horowitz, I can barely put it down.

I'm switching between the Buffy novel "Dark Congress" (which I'm reading for my English class as a piece of Gothic Literature) and the novelization of "Serenity"

I just finished reading "A Memory of Light" the final book in the Wheel of Time series. Its so bitter sweet, loved finally being able to read the ending but now they are all gone 🙁

Snce I won't get to the library until February 11th, I settled for Richard Castle novels. Just started Naked Heat.

finally got my hands on Kerrelyn Sparks Love Bites serie vol.7: Forbidden nights with a vampire!

And they've already got vol.8 & 9 out *head meets desk*....

Big Buffy Book Vol 2
Star Trek Indestigushable from Magic

I'm reading "The formation of a persecuting society" (a very interesting book on the persecution of heretics and lepers etc during the 11th and 12th Centuries.)

Also reading a book on the Founding Fathers as well as "The man in the Iron Mask" by Dumas, it's not as good as the Three Musketeers but it's entertaining enough.

Finally started reading Watchmen a couple of days ago. As a big comic book geek, I've wanted to read this since I was about 12/13, and only got around to buying myself a copy the other day

Lately I've actually been reading some classic children's books that I missed out on when I was a child myself. Sounds silly, but whenever I hear them mention some old children's classic in pop culture on television and stuff, I always feel left out because I've never read them.

So far I've read "Bridge to Terabithia" and "Stuart Little", and next I want to read Moby Dick, Charlotte's Web, Mary Poppins, and some Roald Dahl. 😛

I hear you. I've been meaning to read The Wizard of Oz.
I'm currently reading book four of Cate Tiernan's "Sweep" series. I'm also making my way through Christopher Golden's Buffy novel "Dark Congress" as part of a school project.

I loved the "Sweep" series.
I just got "The Hedge Knight" in the mail from Amazon, and I'm really excited to read it. It's by George Martin, and it takes place in the world as Game of Thrones, but a generation beforehand. I've heard it really delves into the history of Westeros and all the main families, and I like that kind of stuff a lot.

I'm just finishing up "Survivors," by James Wesley Rawles, which is a post economic collapse novel, and I'm about to start "John Carter And The Gods Of Hollywood," by Michael Sellers, which is an analysis of what turned what should have been one of the earliest blockbusters of 2012 into a record breaking financial flop in the United States.

That sounds like a really cool read
Just started Karen Marie Moning's Darkfever by order from my friend Gen. Not sure I'm going to like it, but she was always bugging me about it so I finally took it at the library.

Im about a quarter of the way through Inkheart which despite my lack of love for the movie I decided to read thanks to a positive review by a friend. Its not exactly exciting right now but im confident that it will start picking up.
