I just finished up a reread of "Countdown to Lockdown" by Mick Foley, which was incredibly entertaining (he's a hilarious author) and now I'm starting the Gatekeeper Trilogy (Buffy books!) by Nancy Holder and Christopher Golden. I've heard good things about them and have just gotten the set in the mail, so I'm pretty excited. I've liked all the Buffy books by those authors so far.

I loved Foley's first 2 auto's. Haven't read C2L yet
Started Grave Surprise by Charlaine Harris. It's the first book from her new Harper Connelly serie. It's good, but the writing isn't great... Can't figure if it's from the translation, though.
 
The Quran, I didn't think it'd be as interesting as it is but I have been proven wrong. Very interesting read!
 
I'm hopping between The Paris Wife by Paula McLain and The Confessions of Max Tivoli by Andrew Sean Greer.
 
Faithfull

I just started this book, and I am really enjoying it so far. It's the autobiography of Marianne Faithfull, the infamous old flame of Mick Jagger, and it's very fascinating to read about what she's been through. Sex, drugs, rock and roll. It's all here, and more.

They were originally written in 2005, but they were translated in 2011.
 
I'm currently reading great expectations. I'm about halfway through. For some reason I've gotten to this point a lot of times and not read any further. I'm determined to read it all this time though 😀

lol me too. I never managed to finish it.
I'm reading the Bible. I'm not religious at all, but considering the influence it has had on human history I think it's worth reading.
 
Im reading Stephen kings insomnia at the moment, its quite a strange read since the main character is an elderly man which is diffrent but so far im enjoying it.
 
Joined the Fifty Shades of Grey bandwagon.. I ended up reading the first two in about 4 days, and am currently reading the final one. I plan on moving on to The Fellowship of the Ring afterwards.
 
Finishing The Crippled God: Book Ten of The Malazan Book of the Fallen. Gods below - its tough. Still, this is about the best epic fantasy series I read to date - after all of Song of Ice and Fire. Still, if anybody ever mentions to me how Whedon (or Martin) is fond of killing off most beloved characters - I challenge them to read entire Malazan Book of the Dead. It's freaking awesome - in kill=off-everybody-you-ever-liked way...

I've finished Darkest Surrender by Gena Showalter. I enjoyed it, but it wasnt my favorite out of the series.
I then read Ruthless Game by Christine Feehan. I used to love reading her books. Her Dark Series was so romantic but her books are getting a bit repetative now and I'm finding it difficult to finish them.
Yesterday I finished reading Darkest Seduction by Gena Showalter which I've wanted to read for ages. It was not a disappointment. I loved it!
 
I'm getting a very late start on my summer reading list, since I start school again in 2 weeks, but I'm reading The Golden Compass (The Northern Lights) by Philip Pullman and Saga by Brian K. Vaughan.

😀 I'm totally on a John Green binge right now. Someone told me to read Looking for Alaska, which I did, and so I got Paper Towns (almost done) and An Abundance of Katherines (finished). Gonna get The Fault in Our Stars soon.
 
I'm now reading Rapture by Lauren Kate - its the last in the series.
