@KaitKat First time. I wasn't alive when it was airing. (I was 5 years too late to see the finale lol). I started watching it when I was sick (funnily enough) and got really invested. I know he's not going to but I'm kinda hoping Sully cuts his hair. His hair looks better than mine and it makes me upset.

I was really young when I watched it, along with Little House on the Prairie, I also really young when Dr. Quinn was on television. This is making me want to rewatch but I’m worried the nostalgia might be better than the show.

I dunno. I feel like it's really held up. Sure, it drags in some areas (I've gotten to season 4, and eventually the "someone has a moral dilemma, makes a mistake, learns from it" formula gets kinda predictable) but it's all around fun. I just watched the baseball episode and it's honestly probably my favorite. I watched it the morning of my job interview, and it made me laugh. It was so fun!

Been watching Bruce Lee movies recently. This fight from Way of the Dragon is one of my absolutely favourites. I just love how fast he is with the Nunchucks.


Modern CGI can't match the skill of these fight scenes.

A marathon of the original movie series! It's a bit cheesy, but has the nostalgia factor for me. I like how each sequel has a unique storyline, not just a rehash of the original movie. I'm impressed with how the actors, especially Roddy McDowell as the main character in three of the movies, can convey so much expression while buried under so much prosthetics, makeup, and wigs.
 
Haven’t seen them, but I have heard that Beneath is pretty…well not great, and Heston’s mandated ending is disappointing. Ending is said to be really interesting and original. Conquest and Battle are blind spots for me, other than Conquest being the introduction of Caesar (right?). Your thoughts? @Stake fodder
 
The rebooted Planet of the Apes trilogy (Dawn of, Rise of, and War for the Planet of the Apes) exceeds the originals in every possible way. I'd put it head to head against any trilogy of science fiction movies with high confidence.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is certainly better than The Book of Boba Fett but I expected more. At least episode 4 didn't have a really bad chase sequence like the first three episodes.

Clone Wars, Rebels, The Mandalorian, and Bad Batch are several orders of magnitude better than any other Star Wars films or shows released after Return of the Jedi. The prequel and sequel trilogies mostly suck, the special edition trilogy sucks (still have my Laserdiscs of the unedited original trilogy), Boba Fett was a mess with one super hype episode, Rogue One and Solo are decent but totally unnecessary.

Ahsoka should be great because it's controlled entirely by Dave Filoni (showrunner for Clone Wars and Rebels, writer and director of 3 of the best Mandalorian episodes, writer and director of the Cad Bane/Luke episode of Boba Fett, creator of The Bad Batch). Beyond that and Bad Batch, confidence is low for the rest of the franchise.
