This is a show from Vancouver BC where homeowners give a female designer the chance to update their home while a male realtor looks for houses which would be better to move into right away. The homeowners give the designer a budget to work with and at the end, they calculate the value of the updated home and decide whether they will stay where they are or buy one of the new homes the realtor has shown them. Vancouver is one of the highest-price markets in the world, so the house prices are stratospheric.
