Season 1 was really strong. Season 2 was also very good.

For me the show went off the rails near the end of season 3, and by season 4 the only thing that was keeping me watching was the Waverly and Nicole relationship.

I have seen season 1-3 once, so it's a rewatch for them, but not season four. And yes, their relationship is the reason I am watching!

Doc's choice near the end of season 3 pretty much sours the Wynonna/Doc relationship for me permanently, so their season 4 story isn't my cup of tea. And you can tell how much COVID restrictions impacted the show as season 4 was one of the first major productions to resume shooting after the shutdown.

I did enjoy the movie that just came out quite a bit more than season 4 or the end of season 3, but it's noticeably low budget and it still doesn't touch the heights of the first two seasons.

I was never as invested in Doc and Wynonna's relationship as I was in WayHaught, which drowned everything out in adorable cuteness.
Legacies s3, its just on in the background so it will be one of those rewatchables for me since I missed so much
 
On Longmire Season 4 now. This is the beginning of the “Netflix seasons”, since the show was dropped by A&E after Season 3 (despite having great ratings)

Already off to a major shake up and change, likely due to a higher budget and no network stipulations. Walt and co. have Kevlar vests (despite their absence prior), crime scenes are certainly much more visceral (whilst not going too far), and the general atmosphere at the moment is just depression! Really interested to see how things turn out because Season 3’s finale set up a ton of material
 
Communion (1989). Christopher Walken comes to realize that he and his son are the victims of alien abduction. His wife wasn't, but considering she was played by Lindsay Crouse (Maggie Walsh), I bet she was colluding with the aliens in the evil experiments! 🤔
 
Not watching, but about to be listening.

Wynonna Earp fans eating good this year. First the movie, now they just released a 6 episode audible series like the Buffyverse one that Amber Benson did recently.

Oh, that sounds interesting!
Tipping point Australia. It seems like such a silly little game show, but this one always entertains me when I catch it before the news.
 
Lost Car Rescue

These guys (and one girl who flies the spotter plane, an old Stinson) go out into the prairie wilderness and find old cars that have been abandoned or who have owners who want them sold and buy them for sale to restorers. There are some treacherous places they have to get cars out of like muskeg, deep ravines and forests, but they go for a week at a time and come away with some treasures that restorers would be willing to buy for much more than they paid.
 
Started Boardwalk Empire on a whim after seeing some YouTube shorts.
 
Watching Promethius while I write. Not as bad as everybody says. Some really good moments of horror and tension.

I did not mind Prometheus. Not the greatest in the series, but not AvP either.
Prometheus is WORSE than everyone says. The Alien franchise should've ended after Aliens.

It's like it was written by a nine year old. Except if it were, it wouldn't have been so boring.
