What came first??

Yeah, but the chicken had to lay the egg! First and last time to be posting on this one me thinks 'lol' Otherwise I'll be here forever!😀
 
But there are also other animals before there were chicken who lay eggs, so there were eggs way before there were chicken!(we're talking millions of years here!)
 
It was actually an egg produced by some kind of scaled bird looking creature 😛 So technically the egg came first.
 
No, first there were only fish and in those days there were also egs! ... and after that came reptile, with eggs aswell and a lot of billions of years later the first birds came!
 
Yep, Allycat is correct, fish laid the first eggs, so the egg came first by around 200million years!

Edit: Oops, that should be 450 million years...silly me 🙂

I say the egg, something came out the egg and then it evolved into a chicken. Kinda like the theory that was explained in the movie evolution.
 
I also agree about the egg coming first. I mean what happened *poof* and there was a chicken? I think not! 😀
