What did Cassie die of?

Was it ever mentioned what Cassie died from in "Help"? Also sorry if I post too much, I just love this forum so much!

She had a heart attack. I think it was hereditary or a birth defect or something.

In that last scene with Buffy, Dawn, Xander, and Willow sitting around the Summers living room mourning her, Buffy says her mom said she had an undiagnosed heart defect. This is what is supposed to have killed her.

Cassie didn't know? Then it was fate?

She just knew. She was special. I failed her.

DAWN
(crying) Uh-uh. No. You didn't, 'cause you tried. You listened, and you tried. She died 'cause of her heart, not 'cause of you. She was my friend because of you. I guess sometimes you can't help.

BUFFY
So what then? What do you do when you know that? When you know that maybe you can't help?

I'd say it was either an aneurysm or an embolism. A heart attack usually doesn't kill that suddenly.
