^ What she said plus when he said that he was likening Buffy to Hitler/ A Cruel Dictator. When an order was given by Hitler/ Nazi in power the soldiers never questioned but simply did what they were told and said "Ja Wohl" in response. It was said to show that the order was heard and would be carried out immediately without any question. Just another joke by the wonderful Xander to kinda lighten the tension/Get Buffy to realize she was sounding kinda meanish.
