This may be a little soon, but my family opens presents on Christmas Eve, and technically, from my standpoint, it's Christmas.

So, OMFG, my mom spoiled the CRAP out of my sister and I - my sister got a Sidekick II and a digital camera, and my mom got me a 5 disc CD changer, a portable CD player, and a FRIGGIN' IPOD NANO. Oh. My. GOTH. I'm obsessed with the thing.

The giftcards are in the mail - the things I'm planning to get for myself are the Ultimate Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Gift and an Illyria action figure. Possibly the rest of the Stake Your Destiny series, and a few trade paperbacks to boot. I'm gonna have a good Christmas.

So, what about you? What little goodies did Santa leave under YOUR tree? [Or menorah, or Yule log...crap. Screw political correctness.]
 
i got, a printer, a new cordless phone, a purse, a ring, some clothes, nothing too big oh and some roses, also maybe a brand new cell dunno on that one yet though

i got my dad a 150 dollar watch along with my grandma too and my step mom i got her a 50 dollar necklace. Its better to give then recieve i say. Gotta go shopping after xmas for the others. no more money lol
 
We celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve in Sweden so I got my presents last night. I got some DVDs: West Side Story (I'm a musical fan), Chtistiane F, 50 Horror classics (lol) and Angel season one (although the wrong version but yea).. And I got a pretty jacket from my mom, I really wanted that one.. Some smaller stuff.. and the BEP Elephunk CD 😀
I love Christmas, I have never in my life been this excited about the gifts I was giving away.. and I think everyone really liked everything they got, heh.
 
I got a screaming toddler who is completely underwhelmed with the carefully chosen presents and a stinking vile cold.

I got Driving lessons, Money (Which I plan on Buing DVD's with), then other randon stuff from Santa! 🙂 and I got James Blunt Tickets from a friend of mine! I love Christmas!
 
We started to open a few last night...I got "How the Catholic Church Built Western Civilization" from my pop. We like to exchange...esoteric books each year, heh. Ooh, and I got a Blockbuster Video gift card. Somebody knows me pretty well...

Gave one nephew "Warman's Star Wars Field Guide: Values and Identification" He was super psyched cos he's a fanatic. It's literally a field guide, like birdwathers would carry around. Has images and little descriptions, market values of SW stuff, going back from 1976 up to today...

And I got a neice some sort of toy instant messagers. They do work, up to like 15 feet or so. Plus, they've got a calculator, alarm, time and date...We were texting eachother goofy stuff. It's fun when you take a chance on a gift and it pays off, ya know?
 
In Spain we get the presents on January but I have one for Christmas eve, and it was a little puppet of Count Dracula of Sesame Street, and I told my mum to buy it just because it reminded me of the episode with Dracula and Xander making fun of it.
 
We also do presents on Christmas Eve. (And today is Christmas Day in US)

I got clothes, books, DVD's and some CD's. Awesome Christmas.
 
:icon12: i got a vase, money (both from my boyfs granda ma) i got a my little pony hand bag(love it!) and inside the hand bag lots of money. and i got a picture, harry potter 6, a swetter, 3 tees, 2 tops(long arms)... i had a pretty good day yester day(though my mom was on pillis 🙁 that was lame of her, but i did have a good time even if she was...

we celebrate the 24th here as well, in norway, and my boyf and i was at his dads house the 23rd and had like a celebration there as well. that was really nice!


ooo yesterday, my lill sis got a ps2 with sing star and we had LOTS of fun with that! my brother got one too, with a different game...

I got a brand new Dooney & Burke handbag and a buttload of Gift Certificates to Banana Republic and some clothes and other doodads.
 
i got wet2straight hair straightners, a tv/dvd/vcr in one, um, money, a handbag, pj's, bath stuff, £10 gift token for Forbidden Planet, which i plan to use to buy this Faith thing i've wanted for months and a lot of sweets 😀 i think i had a pretty good day!

Omigosh I'm jealous about your hair straightener..you'll have to let me know if the wet to straight one works just as well as a regular ceramic!
I'm so happy with what I got this year, I got everything that I really wanted. I got a Macintosh 12" Powerbook laptop, the Gossip Girl series, Ugg boots, CDs, Buffy S1, 4, 5 (now my collection is complete!), The Sims 2 University (got that a few days before Christmas, though), Camp (movie), Camp soundtrack, some other movies...and I think that's all. The laptop was the biggest shock, though. I screamed "Oh, my God!" over and over for about a minute. 😀

I was also really happy to give people presents. It was so much fun to exchange with one of my best friends, Stephanie. She loved her presents and that made me soooo happy.
 
I got a digital camera from my dad. its very modern and pretty. eh...
Some fancy stuff for the kitchen from my mom. Some really cute socks and beautiful candles from my sis. Oh and a very fancy sushi set in dark wood.

But what I gave to my family rocked even more (i love giving!). Esp that Jean Paul Gaultier perfume I gave my mom.
 
I got a new akademik coat, a USB card, some clothes, some money, and I bought myself an X-Box with Buffy, Sonic Mega Collcetion Plus, Metal Gear solid 2, and Forza Motorsport.
 
We (traditionally) don't have presents on Christmas in the Netherlands. We have a seperate feast called "Sinterklaas" (on which the "Santa Clause"-tradition is based). Although, these days some people (traitors 😛) tend to favour presents at christmas. So, Sinterklaas was a while back, December 5[sup]th[/sup], but here's what I got:

Chocolate, marsepain, DVD of Hannibal, and a book, "The Hero with a Thousand Faces" by Joseph Campbell.

Well I've had lots of presents today all at staggered intervals. I recieved lots of boxes of chocolates from the kids in my class, and some nice bath gift sets.

Then a lunch time I went to my mum and dads where i got the Billy Elliot the Musical soundtrack, some fairy mugs, A cat money box with Clubbing Fund written on it, some money, socks and underwear, more chocolate, a book called, Not Married, Not Bothered, Perfume, smellies, a food hamper. My brother got me a huge LUSH box with loads of my favourite smellies in it and I got the new Take That Album! He knows me too well.

Then we went to my aunts for christmas dinner and I got a pink laundry basket, A purple handbag a nightie and a cosmetics bag off my cousins and a cute framed pic of my 9 year old cousin.

I then waited patiently till 9 o'clock to get my presents off my grandma, as my mum had forgotten that she had them at her house. Anyway I got some slippers, a fantastic top that i'm going to wear on New Years Eve, some T'shirts and a make up compact with 4 eyeshadows and 4 lip glosses in!

My favourite present I gave this year was a huge picture of the KC Stadium Hull City's Ground to my Dad. My mum was not impressed. My Dad is a bit obsessed with Hull City Memorabilia, but it made him happy so tough luck mum!
 
I got the usual crap, Jewelly, Money, gift certifs and clothing, but my fave gift this year was one money could NEVER buy.

It was peace.
For the first time since i can remember, this last week has been, animosity free in our family home.
No bickering, no arguments, no struggle for authority.
Its been the best Family Christmas i think i have ever had.
My two brothers have been great, my parents not a single argument, my gran, no complaints....all in all i received a perfect Christmas.

I will trade all my other gifts for the same next year.....

Merry Christmas to all....i know i have had one....🙂
