Unless you were totally spoiled 😛 what did you think of Gunn when he first came on the show? Did you think he was going to be a new friend or just what did you think?

I had to post something I mean it said Never 😉

Personally I didn't think he was going to be around for so long but I'm glad he's still here gotta love Gunn 🙂

The first time I've seen him, I thought: he will stay on the show? How is it possible? 😛 But after, he changed and I think that he's cool. I like him now. He's just a new good friend. I haven't seen a lot of episodes with him yet but I think that it's good that he's still there!

Gunn is a good charactor and I think him and Wesley are very funny to watch together. Actually he's great with all the different members of Angel Investigations. I can definatly see why they would all like him so much.

Gunn is a funny character and finally attaching because he helps Angel without really helping him... I find him interressant 😀

I really didn't think the character would fit at all - especially with teh cringe worthy moments of cordelia getting visions and Gunn's gang them rejecting the Angel Investigations team (mainly on the basis of colour I think) I'm so glad he's still there now though!!!

I agree with you Willow. I didn't think he was going to fit in. He seemed too rebel like and stuff but look he's still here. He seemed to change pretty quickly and I think he fit in really good after a little while. I love his charcter so much now. 🙂

Seeing his gang again was cool too I didn't even think about where they had gone to but it was pretty cool to see them back.

I have to admit I wasn't immediately a Gunn fan, I thought he had a bit of a cliched character, it wasn't until season 2 and when I re-watched season 1 that I began to like him. Now I think hes fantastic 🙂 He hasn't really changed, just grown up a bit. I definitely didn't think the first time I saw him, he'd later become a member of their little elite gang, Gunn's cool and hes pretty smart as well, I hope they keep him on the show.

I didn't like Gunn when he first arrived on Angel up untill about half way through season 2, but he's grown on me, though i didn't like him for about a week after "that gang of mine". He was like Wesley, i didn't like him at first but Angel woudn't be Angel without him

He brings some much needed humor into the show!! Cant wait to meet J August Richards in May!

I didnt think Gunn was gonna fit in either. I thought maybe they would have a lot problems with him or something but he turned out pretty great. The only thing I dont like is how he sometimes ignores the rest of the team's feelings when he can see them. But, ya know, I'm not gonna hold it against him cuz I still luv him lol. Bye!

Gunn's opening scene had me hooked. When they chased down the vamps, and then rolled in. The music cued, and then: BOOM! We see Gunn. The first words out of his mouth were wonderful: "What, you were expecting someone else?"

From there, Gunn has progressed to someone who I respect for his love and respect towards those he cares for, and his unwavering love for his sister, make me love him all the more.

However, his latest Fred-capades have made me rather, err, unhappy. But we won't go there🙂

fred-capades, i like that! 🙂 i totally agree with you, Morgaine. He got all cutesy and lost some of the edge i liked about him 🙁 maybe we'll get the best gunn back..🙂 🙂

My thoughts exactly!🙂 😀

i really respect gunn. hes a great guy and all but i havent had as much trust in him since "The Old Gang Of Mine" im just upset about everything that hes doing to wesley now, even if he doesnt realize it. theres a lot i like about him, hes great, but, then theres the things hes done that make me wonder..

One thing I really respect about Gunn was his statement about 'the mission' in 'That Old Gang Of Mine', I thought it showed his dedication to 'doing the right thing' rather than loosing the plot like his former gang did. Sure, he wasn't exactly super-sharing with info about the demon killers, but he should be allowed to make a few mistakes, right?

^did that make any sense? i'm still trying to work out what i wrote, lol. Sorry, it's 4:45am here (Oz)...and I really should get to bed...
