What do you see first when you look at a person?

Sorry, but I'm a bit of a cow I guess - I notice fashion sense, hair cut, teeth and smile. I notice the way they hold themselves in a room as well. I don't like anyone that stands with a sense of self importance, I'm a bit of a sucker for a guy that is a little uncomfortable in a crowd.

I'm a cow too.
Height and smile. I love Eyes as well but I have a real thing about height and smiles I am obsessed with teeth in a way.
 
Oh, and teeth. I have a thing for nice teeth and if they are anything but, I'm grossed out and it's all I can look at.
 
Most often, their clothes. Don't have anything to do with fashion. It just happens. Not that I usually remember what people are wearing so it's rare that it make a lasting impression. Eyes? Well if I'm close enough but mostly I first see people from a bit further away. Otherwise it's the way are, move and charisma followed by hair (which also rarely make a lasting impression).
