I personally believe the largest problem in how to structure a Virtual Season 8, would be how to begin. Once begun, the organization of the project should take care of itself.
I personally would like to see a moderator take charge. The reason being a moderator governed project would add authority and believibility to the endeavor. Also a moderator would have access to the organization of the actual forum on which the writing was taking place.
I see something like a forum with 3 rooms within it. One for polls. One for scrap writing, editing and discussion, and one for the actual finished scripts. In the beginning the Mod would ask for people interested in contributing, along with that person's assessment of how he or she could best contribute. From there the moderator could create an organizational committee to structure the project. If such a structure was dysfunctional the mod could restructure it.
