For me the thing I would love are...

-More Dichen and Enver screentime cause their both great actors yet they only get like 5 to 10 minutes of screentime.

-A Whiskey storyline.

-Topher and Whiskey's background.

-Whiskey to get rid of her scars (I think she can after what Alpha said about her keeping them)and then becoming a active again so Victor is the new Saunders.

-More Buffyverse actors 😛.

-Paul becoming Echo's handler(I think this is definitley happening)

-Boyd starting to feel like Ballard in the beginning of S1 and start to rebel.

-More doll's.

-Seeing the Attic.

And many more things what about you guys?

What will Whiskey do? Can't see how she would just continue to play her role (and now she knows that it's just that.. a role) as Dr. Saunders. One episode of the non-depressed Amy Acker, even if it was just flashbacks, was a breath of fresh air. We need more happy Amy. BTW - Was it my imagination or have the scars faded more and more throughout season 1?

Poor Victor... very interested in seeing what happens there. Seems like kind of a waste of his storyline to just make him the new Saunders. Maybe Whiskey won't allow them to do that to him. Whiskey and Victor now have a deep, emotional connection thanks to Alpha.

Topher is starting to show conflicting emotions. He's a genius, but in many ways, also a child. I'd love to see if he continues to become more attached to the dolls and if his growing sense of morality starts affecting his actions.

Will Echo become a superhero? I suspected that early in the first season. If she composites, but can still maintain her sanity (unlike Alpha) and she wants to do good, she can play that role and be an interesting character (more interesting to me then the typical doll anyhow).

I'm also really interested to see what new actors/characters they introduce in season 2. Will November/Madeline be gone for good? If so, then I imagine they'll replace her with someone. How amazingly awesome would it be to see Summer Glau join the cast if TSCC isn't picked up?

But my biggest question is, what is this 'change of creative direction' that the has been reported? Half my questions may be null and void if there's a radical shift... and is Epitaph One an indication of what's to come?

...so many questions. But unlike Firefly, ATLEAST WE'LL HAVE ANSWERS! Woohoo!

Not your imagination I noticed it to.
I definitely want to see what's up with Topher and Whiskey. Topher and Victor are my favs and have been since pretty much the beginning. So I am very curious about what happens to Victor as well. Also wanna see what havoc Alpha is gonna want to pull now since he has such a vendetta against Caroline.

And I feel a bit dumb but I totally didn't think about Ballard becoming Echo's handler until I read it here. Haha. But that's gotta be where that's going.
 
- MORE WHISKEY! Even the brief flashbacks of her blew my mind. Plus, I wanna see Amy stretch her acting legs a little more...seeing her play the same character while a lot of the other, worse actors get to play several different ones every week is making me anxious.

- Less "adventures of Echo" and more from the secondary characters. I'm really not a big fan of Echo/Caroline or Eliza's acting, but I LOVE the other characters.

- The reveal of what the deal was with Topher and Whiskey. After last week, when she asked why they didn't send her to the Attic and Topher didn't reply, I got really curious. I hope they expand on that in the next season!

- More Alpha. He DID get away, after all.

- Character development for Topher. It's often been implied that there's a lot more depth to him than we might have thought, and I'd like to see more of that.

- More Victor/Sierra/other Actives. I loved what we saw of Victor and Sierra in the last season, and I really want more of that in season 2. Also, I wanna know what happens to Victor, now that his face has been all cut up.

There are also a lot of questions I have, and, since they didn't cancel it, they have time to answer them! WOOHOO!
 
Bringing in Summer as a doll could be really cool, if that's not making the Dollhouse too crowded. But with November apparently gone...Victor's fate in question...

More Alpha. Truly intimidating, brilliant Alpha"”not lame, frustrated, scurry-away-like-a-rat Alpha.

I wanna see Amy Acker forget about her "Happy Town" show on ABC and become a full-fledged regular as Whiskey/Doc Saunders. She could be the truly compelling lead doll of this show.

I think a little more back story on Ballard would help flesh out his character, make us care.

We need more teamwork, alliances, even friendships established within the house.

And obviously, more focus on the overall true Dollhouse mission/conspiracy.

- Finding out what the Dollhouse's purpose is. Y'know, what the actives sent to Paul kept talking about.

- More Victor, mmm. He's dreamy.

- A further-developed Victor/Sierra relationship. They're too adorable together for words.

- A Whiskey background. Topher background. Adelle background.

- Lots of Topher/Adelle, Topher/Boyd, Echo/Boyd, and Boyd/Claire interaction.

More character development. We're a season in and I'm still not really attached to any of the characters.

No more new dolls for awhile. We've got enough of them, and it's hard for them to make people without personalities unique and interesting. Plus the "trick" of making a character turn out to be a doll has gotten beyond old.

Indeed. She is such a strong actress, and I REALLY like her character, seeing her flesh out more would be truly fantastic.
 
Quick resolution of the Alpha storyline ( Dont want him becoming the Sylar of Dollhouse)

Show us the attic

Whiskey character further explored.

Also can anyone explain what she meant by, "Why did you think it was so important for me to hate you?" , when she said that to Topher


Other Dollhouses -(Joss touched on this idea in an interview and how they would see the other Dollhouses)
 
- A WHOLE LOT more character development, particularly Topher and Claire Saunders.
- More Echo/Boyd interaction.
- More Victor/Sierra, they seemed to have just dropped that SL after 'Needs'
- More humour, please
- MORE ALPHA!!!

Season 2 has even ONE of these, and I'll be a happy bunny!
 
More self-awareness and free choice for Echo... using her composite personalities to become a sort of "Super-Doll" who seldom needs the chair anymore, and has some awareness of her missions and exercising control over them. (No more being used as a whore... although sexy outfits would still be nice.)

More Sierra and Victor

More character evolution for Topher, Adelle, Ballard, Boyd, and Claire

More Ivy

Felicia Day and Summer Glau in regular or recurring roles

More Jossian humor (maybe not as much as Buffy or Firefly, but as much as Angel at least.)

More crazy Alpha/Alan Tudyk (but in moderation).

Miracle Laurie coming back somehow, preferably as Madeline, and maybe as a love interest for Ballard (for real this time).

5-6 million viewers per episode, at least.

A quick death for "Til Death" and a better lead-in.
 
I'd like to see more of Echo being self aware, like when she volunteered to be imprinted.

More Victor and Sierra chemistry!

Hopefully more of Whiskey/Saunders and finding out more about both her as a doll and now her as Dr Saunders.

Ballard becoming a handler or just being more involved in the Dollhouse.

A bit more on Carolines background (hopefully no more of her being action woman as Caroline though that bugs me)

I think thats all I can think of for now...
 
I would like to know what goal all the various global DH's are moving toward. Who's pulling the strings? It's likely for the purpose of world domination, but by whom?
 
-Id love to see more Whiskey development. She seems to have alot of interesting baggage.

-I want Alpha to be a real horror story. Total jack the ripper with super powers.
-I think Victor may become more self aware, and perhaps go down the Alpha road. That'd be interesting.

Overall I think Dollhouse needs to pick up the pace if its going to survive. I really enjoyed the last couple episodes, and I hope the action continues. also, its hard to become attached to characters that change personalities so often. I dont know how to fix this tho. maybe more development into non-doll characters like Adelle, Boyd and Topher.

I hope If and when this happens, it's at least some kind of recurring part, not just a guest spot in one ep or something.
 
I'd like to see Enver Gjokaj stand in front of the camera with his shirt off. The entire hour.
 
Your post is really interesting (I'm new so bear with my over excitement, it doesn't happen often)
Here's what I think: (I agree with most)
1. I'm definitely interested in Whiskey and her background
2. I want Topher to be explored more because he's a little one-dimensional but as the series ended his character grew quite a lot I think
3. More about Boyd and (Whiskey as) Sanders- I think they have similar views on the doll house
4. I totally agree with seeing more dolls
5. And I really like Viktor as a character and I liked his real personality as well (seen in the 'closure' episode)
I'm finding myself slightly addicted and I'm definitely a fan- good news because I wasn't sure in the beginning.
