When you grow up (would of made a long title). I have batted around jobs (as so to speak) for years. As a child it was games programmer, then learning of all the maths and physics you have to do I soon gave up. Then games artist but im not confident in my art so that was over too. Recently its been games journalist but its poor pay apparently. Then I decided I wanted to be "someone who creates TV shows and over-runs them" as I put it. Starting to watch Buffy has made me realise how much I want Joss' job, it's just what I want to do.

Anyway, how about you lot, what do you wanna be?
 
I'd love to be a TV writer/producer. It comes from watching so much TV, LOL....there are so many characters I loved and so many episodes of things that made me sit up and go WOW! It would be so cool to be able to do that for other people, to give them an hour's escape every week.

Second choice would be anything to do with horses except be a vet because I'm squeamish and couldn't take it if I had to put one to sleep 🙁
 
There are so many things I'd just love to do...

one of which I don't really know if my mum approves of it, but my dad doesn't mind....and that's to be a Punk Star, I know it sounds funny and all, but that's something I would really really love to do, I've got a band and everything and they're all for it too...and you know what people say....always follow your dreams 🙂

Another thing I'd like to do is be a Hairdresser and perhaps one day open up my own music shop in town (we don't have music shops around here, how lame is that?) 'cause to get a cd or new guitar strings you have to drive, and hey...I'm lazy, I don't want to do that, lol!.
 
Well, I have wanted to be d@mn near everything under the sun at one time or another but the only thing I ever seriously had any expierience with was psychology. But I would LOVE to act or direct. When I was younger I would always play out scenes with myself and as I have gotten older I always see a place and I imagine what kind of scene would play out in it. I've even done a bit of writing. Who knows but yes, ALWAYS TRY TO FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!!!
 
For a while I wanted to be an actress or a writer, I toyed with both of them and still write occasionally. Now i'm thinking of working for the Home Office, not really sure. I have a year left of my law degree to decide what I want to do.
 
I love acting and writing so I wish I could be involved with the entertainment business is those areas, but those are hard to get into, so I also want to be an attorney or a psycologist.
 
i want to be a computergames designer. yep. im takin my art coureses. ive always wanted to be one... an i will one day, i hope.
 
When I was younger, I wanted to be an actress or a singer, but when I finally had a crack at those professions, I decided they weren't anything they are cracked up to be.

Now, I want to be a writer. I have never felt more certain about any career choice in my life. I love creating characters and manipulating scenes and even just getting my voice heard. *sigh* It's a great thing to do 😀
 
when i was younger i was in acting classes and now I take drama and have taked it since i started middle school till now in my 2nd year in high school, i luv to act! I do the anoucments for my school's announcments on the TV so Im not afraid and I always wanted to act, so when I get in to college I will do theatre and act and hopfuly be on real TV one day lol
 
When I was about 4 I wanted to be a mechanic like my dad (even though I'm a girl) then an artist, then an archeitect and now I'm in wonderland... I would want to be one of these... (if only)

1. Journalist - My voice would be heard
2. Actress/Director - I'm always into the Hollywood thing! (call me stupid)
3. Script Writer - I hate reading books but I love making up scripts to my imaginary TV shows or imaginary films.
4. (This is the main one) A musician - I play the guitar and I love making up tunes and just singing out loud my feelings, some people can talk about them but I sing about them. It's one way of expressing myself.


One thing is for certain, I want to get really good A -Levels and apply for a scholarship for a University in the US. Since I was little, I've always wanted to go to America and hopefully when I'm 18, I'll go there, never go back to the UK and leave my mark in history. I've just got to pray that nobody put's me down on my way.
 
awww@Foi...you can be happy, but no laughing chica 😉

Me? Barrister; pretty much got it sorted, now i just need to work my ass off for the next four years, and I'll be there. Sorting the financial side at the moment (why do supermarkets take advantage of students desperate for money?) as it's such an expensive career to get into. But not too long and then I'll be the Evil Lawyer Chick, and take over from Faith 😀
 
Actress - i take drama and i already have a very little part in Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star and that was great so maybe i wanne go further in that

i also want too cook and open up my own club where they can eat dance the whole everything.
 
I used to want to be a Veterinarian, but then I realized the reality of paying off medical school would never happen, so now I have no idea what I want to do, but I think a side job will be an author. I'm usually writting stories of some kind in my spare time.

I like that idea, but really, I would like to be an Emergency Room Physician. It's what I've wanted to be for the longest time and I can even think of doing anything else. On the bad side though, that means many years of school and trainin. I've got two more years of high school and then I can know for sure. Other possibilities for jobs are nurse, physician's assistant, and medical examiner!😛
