What does Faith mean in 'This Year's Girl'

I'm halfway through 'this years girl' and at the beginning it shows a dream or a premonition of buffy and faith making a bed and buffy says 'I should go' and faith says 'I know' and then she says something about a little sis? What does this mean?🙂

She says something like 'got to be ready for little sis'

It's a reference to Dawn being introduced in Season 5.

I think you're meant to think that it's about Faith waking to later that episode, since Buffy does call Faith her new little sister in Faith, Hope, and Trick.

... however, we know that's really not the case...

If you also notice at the end of the third season when Buffy and Faith are in that dream, faith also foreshadows Dawns coming too. I believe that the line is "Miles to go. Little Miss Muffet counting down from seven three oh." The seven three oh is 2 years to the day until Dawn make is on the show.
I know that when I first heard both lines, I was way confused about what the heck was going on. Then what she finally did appear it was one of those palm to forehead. Big duh.. moment.
