What episode commentaries would you recommend?

I'm a fan of episode commentaries, but I haven't gotten round to watching many of the ones for BtVS besides OMWF and Hush. So tell me, what ep commentaries would you rec?
 
"Restless" had a fantastic commentary by Joss. I also enjoyed "The Body" as well.
 
Just go for all of them. If you're a fan of commentaries in general and a fan of Buffy, then what could be better than Buffy commentaries? 🙂
 
It's not buffy (and I do agree with those listed for BTVS though) but for angel I'd definitely watch the one for spin the bottle. FREAKING hillarious!!!!!
 
The one Joss does with Seth Green. Is it New Moon Rising or Wild At Heart? Whichever one it is, absolutely hilarious.
 
I've listened to all of the commentaries and the majority of them are really good, there are a few that just talk about camera angles, lighting and shooting in general but that's only one or two. It depends what you want to know or if your interested in one particular character or ship. The Chosen commentary is good for Spuffy fans, or Selfless is good if you like Anya for example.

i would say its worth listening to them all though.
