Do you guys remember the episode where Buffy gets stuck in a time loop in the magic shop? do you remember the name of that episode? Was it in season 5 or 6?

'Life Serial' was the episode in Season 6 when the Trio does that time-loop thing on Buffy. 'Life Serial' was the episode in which Buffy goes through the same thing over and over again until she satisfies her customer in the Magic Box.
'Flooded' was the episode in which time only sped up. I don't think you are referring to 'Flooded'.

Thanks a bunch for the info....usually I know these things, but I forgot some of the early season six episode names!

Actually, "Flooded" was the episode where the pipes in Buffy's basement exploded and flooded it. That the one where the Trio are introduced and Giles comes back to his true love. "Life Serial" not only featured the time-loop(which was Jonathon's way to pick on Buffy), but also the time-speed where Warren's gadget played havoc on Buffy's sense of time and dementia.
