Could Faith had helped the Scooby gang like Angel did when he got his soul back? Would she had wanted to move on to another location eventually and have her own town of innocents needing a Slayer? Could Faith being the Good Slayer and not the Rogue or Evil Slayer had been a good help to the Scoobies in Season 4-6? I mean look at her eps in Season 7

I think that if Faith hadn't gone evil she would have just been another Kendra... and she would have been pretty disposable. Probably she would have died heroically in season three already.
I don't think that, for the time the show was on the air (even in the comics really) that there ever seems to be room for another Slayer* (hence Faith being shipped off to share a bill with Angel rather than say Buffy). Partly it's probably because another good Slayer hanging around, equal to Buffy, diminishes Buffy's uniqueness and her "top Slayer" status. So sadly, without evil to set her apart, I doubt there would have been space accomodated for Faith in the Buffyverse.
*I'm not counting the scores of junior Slayers in comic existence as they don't seem to be particularly stand out characters.

From what I've learnt from being around here then if Faith hadn't turned to the dark side then her and Buffy would definitely have been together. So Buffy ditches Angel mid season. With Buffy no longer interested he has no reason to slink off to LA to avoid her so we don't get the Angel series. Willow sees that Buffy's boy crazy vibes have been a smoke screen for the last few years and Willow realises the same thing about herself. She dumps Oz and starts looking for girls at school.
Xander never loses his virginity to Faith since she's with Buffy so his first time is with Anya. He's desperate to lose it on prom night as is tradition. They have awkward drunk sex and never speak again. Wesley doesn't get fired as Faith stays on the straight and narrow so he sticks around Sunnydale being an awkward third wheel in the slayers relationship. Much comedy ensues every time he asks them how they got on last night. With Wesley and The Council firmly established Giles feels redundant and heads off to pastures new.
Going forward we don't get Riley or Tara as part of the Scoobies since Willow and Buffy will have relationships set up already. Spike gets dusted early in Season 4 because Wesley plays it by the book and dusts him on sight. With no way of getting inside The Initiative it carries on unchallenged. Between Walsh and Adam they succeed in creating an army of Super Demons. With no Giles to combine with the rest of the Scoobies we don't get to see super Buffy. The show ends with Adam crowned Master of the Earth.

Until your final paragraph I was really starting to love the idea of Faith not going bad. Well I could live with no Riley that goes without saying😉 But Spike dusted? And Adam as the final big bad?😱 Also would Giles not being around really effect Buffy that much? Don't get me wrong he has a big influence and would be missed as a character, but I still think Buffy and Faith for that matter with the help of the Scoobies would have enough to take Adam and co. down.

Good point. I think its like two good Slayers fighting on the same side would be overkill and it would be very hard for the writers to come up with good storylines for both. It worked out for the best Faith going in the direction she did.

I could see Faith's character having her fan base diminish by leaps and bounds if she didn't go evil. Although we (I'm assuming here) all wanted the Scoobies to do a group hug with Faith and stroke her hair saying "Oh honey, it's ok" instead of using Faith like a tool the entire season, look at how much better the show is with Faith going evil.
Speaking for myself, ever time i see the episode where Angel fakes being turned into Angelus by Faith/Mayor, I'm always wanting both of them to go evil and do stuff.
A good example of what i'm saying could be taken from Vampire Diaries. I believe that the characters who were good but went evil for a time, made the show much more attractive/must see. (Caroline, i'm looking at you girlfriend. I remember pointing at my TV going 'It's blonde Faith!')

It is true that without her going bad then you would not have had that brilliant relationship with the Mayor. And they handled that switch over to the bad team very well.

I concur. As badly as I want to give Faith a cooldown hug every time she does something evil, her character wouldn't have been nearly as interesting had she simply been "Faith, the third slayer." Now, Faith the rogue slayer... that has a nice ring to it. 😀

If Faith hadn't turned evil in Season 3, I think that she would have been a great help screwing up the Mayor's big plans, but if that had been the case, I'm pretty sure that she would have left town after Graduation. Having two Slayers patrolling the hellmouth would be one too many, and, eventually, Faith would have been reassigned, with a new Watcher, to some other hot spot or just on the road like most Slayers apparently operated. That way, she could show up for particular SHTF situations, or called on Buffy and the gang to help her somewhere else.

The only way you could have done the two Slayers thing I think is if over time Buffy and Faith had a difference of opinion on how to run things, and that Faith branched at a started a rivel Slayer faction, complete with her very own Scooby gang. You could even have the odd Scoobie from Buffy's gang deflect over, or visa vica. I think that could have worked because that way it doesn't have to be about good or bad, just a difference of opinion. And I like the idea of the idea of Buffy's morality and sense of right becoming more blurred. Any takens for that?🙂
